You're going to get a bunch of aggressive responses because this question gets asked several times every thread. Short answer is yes, but it's got a high entry barrier.
The screenshots aren't lying to you user. The models and rendering themselves aren't half bad, but the animation as a whole is not good. Some people have come to find it charming, while others can simply overlook it and let their imagination fill in the gaps left by the imperfection of the visuals.
It's hard to describe what's really amazing about this show because all of its best attributes are so subtle. It's a cute adventure about self-discovery with some surprisingly compelling characters. The attention to small details are nearly unbelievable at times and the pacing towards hinting at a the mystery behind the park is near perfect.
You're probably not gonna like it for the visuals, but you should give it a try anyway. And leave these threads so you don't get the descent into madness spoiled for you.
