if you could only watch one anime for the rest of your life, yes you can rewatch it as many times as you want. Which would you pick?
I'd probably go with pic related

this and Innocence collectively as a movie series.

...

You posted it.

LOGH probably. Its rather long and concoluted, also interesting enough, watching just 26 episodes over and over would bore me to death no matter how good anime is.

Yu Yu Hakusho

:D

tfw you rewatched it 7 times

I still haven't watched this show, and I have heard nothing negative about it. How much of a disservice am I doing to myself

You posted my favorite but I could probably watch the original Evangelion series and always find something new or conflicting view points

Pic related

Kaiji

the art style killed watching this for me I just couldn't look at Kaiji's nose for another episode

you are an anime pleb

alright I'll start it tonight, just finished kuroko, so onto the next show

Girls und Panzer

A lifetime wouldn't be enough to make proper sense of Serial Experiments Lain

Pic unrelated? I certainly wouldn't watch that heap of trash more than once.

Big O

Hunter x Hunter.

Which version?

One Piece because that shit goes on for fucking ever

The good one.

>:D
Kill yourself.

Code geass m8, the ride never gets boring

I'd be okay with slayers

Dub and sub are good.
You can stop watching after the Dark Tournament arc

>Code geass
Big part of the experience were the the big surprises like with Death Note. I haven't rewatched CG yet, but wouldn't it be kinda boring knowing things like Euphemia will turn into terminator and shit ?

this.

I've already watched NGNL a good 6 times, I could go another 70 years or so

depends
if all parts get complete david productions anime i think jojo on whole might take all the cake

That sounds like hell OP but I would pick Detective Conan simply because there's way too many episodes for me to ever watch in my entire lifetime.

Fooly Cooly

Non Non Biyori

Detective Conan because I'll forget what most of the episodes are about by the time I get to do a rewatch

Many find it boring, but I love it

Something that takes multiple views to really unpack, something like Eva or Ergo Proxy or Lain

Then I'd overanalyze and write essays about every episode

What show features armchair psychology and is a billion episodes long? That show.

If any part of you at any age has ever liked a battle shounen, you owe it to that part of yourself to watch YYH, at least through the Sensui arc.

Depends on your mindset. I do think the big twists don't have as much excitement when you watch Code Geass again, though they're still fun, but other things can make more sense and you can see where stuff connects better than if you're just reacting to everything (unless you forgot too much and pretty much just repeat your own reaction once again).

...

no :D

K-ON

Mushi shi is top tier, people who find it boring are barbaric at best

...

...

gintama

Add Paranoia Agent and all Satoshi Kon, I loved Ergo as a chuuni.

HXH
No, not that one!

Amagami.

This, Gintama, One Piece or Naruto

Naruto for the same reason others here have mentioned Detective Conan. You gotta go with quantity over quality so you don't come to hate the series in like a year.

I haven't seen past the first few episodes of it, but probably Naruto. It has enough episodes to rewatch infinitely and I really don't want to watch Bleach, Dragon Ball, Detective Conan, One Piece, etc.

Pokemon is also an answer for this. Since it's mostly episodic I could just select a random episode to play while I do other stuff.

I've rewatched Eva enough times throughout the years to where it lost its charm I felt when I first saw it. Watching the same twelve or twenty-four episodes over and over for the rest of my life sounds like torture, no matter how much I like the show.

Started watching again
I will never forgive Simon for getting Kamina killed. Simon is the true bitch nigga, Kamina was going to fill Yoko with some hot heaven piercing semen after that battle. But no, all the MCs had to die virgins because Simon couldn't be happy his bro was going to get some and have some Yokum all over his dick.

This for sure.

>Naruto

Won't you just come to hate it in like an episode?

But that's a "once is enough" show

Mitsudomoe

that's an illegal move

You just had to go there, didn't you?

No Zero wouldn't say that because of pride.
Uhh... it makes sense in context I think...

Monogatari series

If an entire franchise is an option, I'd pick Gundam since they'd just keep creating more shows for eternity.

your loss, fuckboy

is it still a rollercoaster of emotions the second time around
