I'm sure this isn't what you were looking for, but this is by far one of the coolest fight scenes in any manga or anime I've ever seen, not because of the combat itself, but because of the emotional significance. This is where Griffith absolutely crumbles, and seeing how desperate he was to keep Guts (even willing to permanently injure him) was absolutely astounding.

as much as I dislike the fact that many people won't look beyond mainstream anime/manga, no matter how much they might be missing out (and thus have a more limited opinion to base themselves on), Naruto's fights had more strategy and adaptation from its characters than most videos on this thread, who seem to rely on sakuga alone, as its selling point for the easily impressionable people.
