Why do nazis think that the 3rd reich was some kind of a paradise of economy? The Nazi economy was unsustainable. It relied on expansion & looting. It had kept going until 1939 without running out of foreign currency by looting the foreign exchange & gold reserves of Austria & Czechoslovakia, & to a smaller extent by stealing the money & portable assets of Jewish citizens. That loot was running out, & Germany needed more to maintain its level of military spending.
The head of the Reichsbank, Hjalmar Schacht (a Nazi supporter in the 1930s, later disillusioned) was sacked at the beginning of 1939 for pointing this out & protesting about Hitler’s economic policy. Schacht had enabled the financing of the German state up to that point, but he understood that financial legerdemain had limits, & Germany was about to hit them. That is the memeiest misconception of all time. Early german planes like the Bf109 where better, but by late 41-42 USSR was about dead even in terms of quality. And the tank quality was about the same, USSr might even have an edge because of how reliable their tanks where.
