This fucks them. Basically they have to submit a suitable payment within the 30 agreed upon days, or garnishment begins the next day. IF I attached to the income tax, and no payment in the 30 days, the tax return would be TOTALLY SEIZED no matter how many payments were made after that date.
It is amazing how fast they want to pay you when HR & accounting have to call you in to talk to you about your finances. A phone call with me generally resulted in no less than 6 letters to the borrower, their employeer and the feds.
I was brutal. These motherfuckers have a 4 year degree and need "Interest" explained every 7 days. It gets tiresome, so I would just extract money involuntarily.
