Ridiculous. If Bannon would be sued, he must enter a court, and testify as witness. Which means, he must answer with the truth to ANY question. And "ANY" question could be very malicious against Trump. This is an empty threat. Imagine the scene: after being sued, Bannon is asked to enter the court and answer question from attorneys. No matters of any "Non Disclosure Agreement", Bannon MUST say the truth. The full MSM is there, recording ANY word from Bannon: words as weapon. And the attorneys are fighting like sharks, as usual, doing very malicious questions. Plus, the FBI could be very interested in the trial, too. When you are into a trial, you MUST say the truth, there is no "Non Disclosure Agreement" which can stop it, even if (not sure) Bannon signed one.

It's all lies. Turn off your memeflag, fucking poo.

Or...?

...

Truth stings. Get used to it, Amerimutt.

>Stephen K. Bannon’s communications with Mr. Wolff in connection with the Book
violated several provisions of Mr. Bannon’s written agreement with Donald J. Trump for
President, Inc. (the “Agreement”). Mr. Trump, his family members, and their businesses are
express third-party beneficiaries of the Agreement. The Agreement contains express provisions
preventing Mr. Bannon from:
>- Disclosing any confidential information to anyone of or about Mr. Trump, or
any of his family members, or any of their businesses, or the campaign;
>- Communicating with any members of the print or electronic media about Mr.
Trump, or any of his family members, or any of their businesses, or the campaign;
>- Disparaging Mr. Trump, or any of his family members, or any of their
businesses, or the campaign.
>As reflected in the Article and excerpts from the Book, Mr. Bannon has breached each of
these provisions by his communications with Mr. Wolff

So Bannon's comments to the author were real? Since they're suing him for it?

I'm pretty sure he's not suing Bannon, I'm fairly certain he's suing Michael Wolff/the publisher.

Not necessarily, it just means Bannon cannot disclose ANY info pertaining to the agreement whether the 'info' is the truth or not. It is also for defamation. Trump's lawyers will not have to prove Banon is lying (or Wollf) as the agreement states that Bannon cannot disclose ANY info whether true or not.

Streisand effect

Discovery should be fun.

Why would they highlight this in particular though?

>Disclosing any confidential information to anyone of or about Mr. Trump, or any of his family members, or any of their businesses, or the campaign;"

Doesn't that mean that Bannon explicitly disclosed confidential information?

so is bannon suddenly against trump or is he just as mad at this publishment?

What's your problem?

Lol has this retarded kike not heard of the Streisand effect?

Trump isn't suing Bannon. Trump is suing the author (Wolff) and the publisher. What's happening here is a (sh)(t)ake down against liars, as this is the next medium (books; supposedly non-fiction and/or otherwise), besides the MSM to attack political opponents. Think about the possibility that Bannon and Trump knew something like this was going to come out, and what we're witnessing is some next-level Kabuki (orchestrated by Trump and Bannon acting as a team) to get the MSM and publishers to fall on their faces when the truth of the matter comes out.

I mean, the only other real possibility is that Bannon himself was a plant by (((them))) and Trump/team figured it out quickly enough to give Bannon, (ie (((them))) ), enough rope to hang themselves with (which honestly would be equally as impressive).

Mega has stated this entire thing is the former, not the latter. She also seemed to imply that you should take all the statement from the book and replace the name "Bannon" with "Priebus" in accordance with the statement quoted in the book; which would be even more mind blowing considering the type of trap laid.

That lawsuit, just like Manafort's lawsuit are what's known as FRIVOLOUS lawsuits.

good, the jew that wrote this book is a fraud.
Liberals are just dumb and brainwashed enough to beleive he has tapes to back up his quote, just like lthey believed in the Russian Piss video

the mental hoops you magapoos are willing to jump through to reframe the desperate floundering of this man is the real next level kabuki here

He can't be happy, this is basically a big hit on Bannon since now he's cut off from his biggest financial backers and Trump. If this were Nazi Germany then Bannon would be Goring so his ideological revolution and flamboyant faggotry must be purged. Bannon is getting blamed for losing the senate seat in Alabama working against Session's preferred replacement and Trump endorsed candidate. Bannon personally put his face on the race and worked his own brand, I don't think Mooch was wrong about he had to say about him. Flew too close to the sun, thought he was more important than he was, has become liability. Trump is the president, Trump was elected, not Bannon.

What’s Bannon’s connection to the book?

"Executive privilege" might have some interface here.

Also I assume the US has some sort of official secrets act.

Bannon's quotes about Trump having acted illegally with Russians behind closed doors, they could subpeona Bannon and he'd have to say the truth about it under oath

Fact is often way stranger than fiction.

Floundering? The only floundering going on is from the left wing globalist cucks as the gasp and flail for air.

We are having the same problem with Brexit, they don't want it, just like they don't Trump in power and they are doing/saying everything they can to break the spirit of the people and reverse the threat to their precious multiculti globalist agenda.

It will NOT work, so give up.

Hi Donald!

Trump Train Wreck

>Sues some retarded nothing book publisher for defamation
>Doesn't sue CNN, the MSM or anyone else who did the same fucking thing the last 2 years to him
Makes absolutely no sense

This. I'm not familiar with burger law, is there any reason this would be an easier target than all the other shit?

My guess is that the MSM could claim all their stuff as Opinion or speculating on news, whereas the book is passed off as "fact".

could it be that he's freaking out?

>the book is passed off as "fact"
Read my post from earlier:
>What's happening here is a (sh)(t)ake down against liars, as this is the next medium (books; supposedly non-fiction and/or otherwise)
