Black unemployment dropped to 6.8 percent in December 2017, a rate not seen since the 1970s, according to Friday statistics from the Department of Labor.

Trump can fix that too. Prison slave labor is the only type of slavery that was excluded from the 13th amendment. If Trump corrected that, then he would go down in history as the 2nd Republican that eliminated slavery. This would cause the left to explode and would guarantee the Black vote for Republicans.
Things to consider.
- Obama had a chance to eliminate prison slave labor and he didn't
- The Clinton's used slave labor in the Arkansas Governor Mansion
- This would hit the prison lobby hard
- There would be less incentive to make draconian laws that feed the prison slave system
- This would change the dynamics of the Black vote.

Does it matter? The economy is picking up and there is a large increase on construction and manufacturing jobs - these jobs don't require higher education.
