not a lawfag but to my understanding, for the lawsuit there needs to be three things, one, demonstration that statements were made that were damaging. Two, that these statements were false. Three, there exists intent. The first two are done off the bat, considering Destiny has been accusing him of the crimes of rape, coercion and abduction, despite JF never even being charged with any of these things. The intent portion is taken care of by the fact that Destiny continued after receiving a C&D. However, defamation and libel is very difficult to get through court even when all the boxes are checked.
