Most taxes are taken directly out of your paycheck or added to the cost of your bill in a checkout line. You don't have the ability to not pay them. You can't just ask your employer, "Oh, don't pay the taxes on my check" or tell a cashier, "Could you please remove the taxes from my bill? Thanks!" It doesn't fucking work like that.
