Yen Press lincenses slew of titles.

NO

Kek

I like how they didn't mention Tanya's origin in their blurb.

Fuck yes.
I can finally read it at a readable schedule.

Oh great.
Can't WAIT to keep on WAITING for a decade of translations of titles they will eventually drop.

Any official translation group licensing shit is worrying, it either takes ages to translate, doesn't end up digital for easy ripping, or they flat out ignore it for decades.

All licensed titles:

LN:
- Saga of Tanya the Evil (Yōjo Senki)
- Regarding Reincarnation as Slime (Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken)
- So I'm a Spider, So What? (Kumo Desu ga, Nani ga?)

Manga:
- Saga of Tanya the Evil (Yōjo Senki)
- Acca 13 (ACCA 13-Ku Kansatsu-Ka)
- One Week Friends
- A Polar Bear in Love (Koisuru Shirokuma)
- Sword Art Online Alternative Gun Gale Online
- Sword Art Online Calibur
- The Monster Tamer Girls (Kaijū no Shiiku Iin)
- Terrified Teacher at Ghoul School (Yōkai Gakkō no Sensei Hajimemashita!)
- Though You May Burn to Ash (Tatoe Hai ni Natte mo)
- Val x Love (Ikusa x Koi)
- As Miss Beelzebub Likes (Beelzebub-jō no Okinimesu Mama.)
- Graineliers
- Laid-Back Camp Δ (Yurucamp Δ)
- Angel Slaughter (Satsuriku no Tenshi)

The monopoly grows ever larger.

nice

Wasn't YS supposed to be quite hard to read/translate? At least it's gonna be faster than the fan translation I guess.
I really hope they never touch my Kawakami stuff

did they license spider LN or manga?

light novel

shit that's cool

FUCK THIS
YEN PRESS CURSES THE TITLES IT TRANSLATES WITH LITERALLY DECADES OF WAITING

Its written like a visual novel where the #1 goal of the author is to waste the readers time.

/Thread

Sure. So you don't mind waiting one year per book when it's don by Sky's crew, but complain about the 3-4 months schedule of YP?

>At least it's gonna be faster than the fan translation I guess.
user....

Last time I checked Yen Press kept releasing a new volume every 3 or 4 months for each of their releases. How is that not faster than getting a new chapter every couple of months?

Not him but
>He thinks that those lazy asses will release this in the same speed
Are you pretending to be retarded user?

I guess by this time there's no chance we will get GATE novels (or LN version), right? I was hoping for some glorious Nippon military self-wanking.

They will.

Good luck with the shitposting

I don't read Sky's translations jewpressfag

Oh boy

Sky dropped Konosuba when YP licensed it, safe to say he'll do the same for YS.

Even if they didn't, YP would overtake them so who cares?

Yeah with their botched translations and their decades worth of time.

Certainly, some of their translators are bad, but they do have good ones as well.
Let's just hope a good translator picks it up, after all, it is apparently 'college level' Japanese.

Not him but if it's on the same level as the CR subs, then it's a mixed bag where some is better but most is inferior, and the anime really really shortens it down.

The Yen Press translation for Yotsuba was pretty good.

>Yenshit licenses Tanya-chan

What a barrage of isekai LN licenses. This might mean anime for both slime and kumo in the near future.

Anyone can translate Yotsuba
