This. The percentage of blacks carrying drugs and weapons in a predominantly black, crime ridden area will be less than the percentage of whites in that area found with weapons. Just because of the numbers and the reasons why either would be there. Most blacks would be there because they live there. Most whites would literally not be living there and would only be there for drugs and criminal reasons OR would carry a weapon for protection because it was dangerous.
