Any new form of government, whether democracy or monarchy or anything else, typically requires some sort of revolution that might have a varying degree of turmoil/violence involved. But by the premise he sets up, all revolutions and changes in government are de facto wrong and immoral because of the necessity for some degree of violence.
I could just as easily say America's independence was immoral because splitting from the English required a war and bloodshed. What I'd really like to see is to finally get a SCOTUS ruling on anchor babies (there currently isn't any, and the precedent we currently have is extrapolated from legal guests having births here). A ruling that would deem anchor babies illegal because illegals are not "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" in the 14th amendment.
