The democrats have called the wall alone a "non starter" in negotiations, which makes it unlikely for such a deal to pass. Even if a deal was to pass, the immigration cuts Trump suggested would lower nonwhite immigration massively. Remember, Trump hasn't betrayed you until he actually signs a deal.
