Assuming we mean the absolute main protagonists, JoJo just acts like a complete bastard in Tomoeda, occasionally beating people up for no reason, both with and without Star Platinum

And Sakura ends up joining 4 muscle men as they track down a vampire and her Clow Book effectively acts as her Stand which gets dubbed 「Ｈｏｕｓｅ Ｏｆ Ｃａｒｄｓ」by pretty much everyone despite Sakura's disagreement.

Also the fight with DIO ends quickly when Sakura vapoizes him with The Light card and Sakura and Anne have a cute bond.

I'm not sure if Kero would join Sakura though. Having a hard time deciding if he's more like Joseph or Star Platinum. Actually, Kero could also be considered Sakura's Stand too so...
