This judge doesn't have authority to overrule the Executive (the President, Donald John Trump) when it comes to Executive orders. Our federal government is divided into three distinct branches with checks and balances everywhere. The Judicial Branch may only rule on Bills passed by the Legislative Branch, or actions taken by the Executive Branch, not when the Executive just rescinds some shitty order that isn't even a law that was given out by some previous Executive.

I watched pretty much every rally from March 2016 till Election Day; he always talked about “build the wall”—that was what people chanted—not “get rid of DACA”. What’s worse are the people here (shills?) threatening to make him a one-term president if he dares to make a deal on DACA (even if he gets THE WALL in exchange!!!). I thought we all agreed he did more in his first months/year as president than any president in decades; surely he has done enough to deserve a second term, if people like Obama got re-elected even after doing virtually nothing.

Leftist judges in Washington DC are making unconstitutional rulings by saying for example, Ben Carson can't delay an Obama policy, essentially ruling that judges can determine executive policy.
Funny thing is that housing executive policy of obama's isn't even a fucking law. It's just a policy yet that seditious judge ruled that Ben Carson is not allowed to delay that Obama policy.
