>Jihadist rebels launch massive counter-offensive in southern Idlib
BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:20 P.M.) – The jihadist rebels launched a massive counter-offensive in the southern countryside of the Idlib Governorate this morning, targeting the Syrian Arab Army’s (SAA) positions at the key town of ‘Atshan.
Led by Harakat Ahrar Al-Sham, the jihadist rebels began the day by capturing the town of Zarzour, which ultimately paved their way to attack nearby Khalakhil.
Both Khalakhil and ‘Atshan are still contested at the moment, while the National Defense Forces (NDF) from Mhardeh are now reporting that they are countering the jihadist positions at Zarzour.
If the jihadist rebels fail to retake ‘Atshan and the other nearby towns, they will be in serious trouble as the Syrian Army will eventually attack the Ahrar Al-Sham stronghold of Al-Tamanah.

>Breaking: ISIS delivers huge defeat onto Syrian rebels in Daraa after seizing 4 towns during blitz offensive
BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:42 P.M.) – Islamic State-affiliated forces of the Khalid Ibn al-Walid militant group (alternatively called Saifullah al-Maslul Army) have delivered a devastating blow to Syrian rebel factions in the province of Daraa after launching an offensive which saw them seize four towns.
Following up on heavy clashes against Free Syrian Army-linked fighters in Daraa’s southwestern countryside that started during late Tuesday afternoon, ISIS terrorists renewed their assault on Thursday, again with the support of heavy weapons such as artillery and tanks.
According to the media wing of the the ISIS-affiliated faction, its forces have managed burst through rebel lines in the northern part of the Yarmouk basin and capture the towns of Abdali, Harat al-Majahid, Al-Jabiliyah and Al-Bakkar.
Whether or not Islamic State militants are continuing to develop their attack in order to seize more settlements is unknown at this point, but what is clear is that its most recent assault against rebel groups in southwest Daraa represents more than just a series of raids.

The biggest current concetration of ISIS troops in Syria is in the areas you and the k*rds have refused to take in the east of the euphrates. In the rest of Syria they are a complete meme at this point. Well, except for near tho Golan, someone is supporting them there. I wonder who, hmm.
Ian James
What do you think you should seek to do economically? Ports, refueling, etc.

HTS says they have already captured 10 villages all the way to Abu Dali. Allegedly half of the FSA units in Idlib are helping them. There's only one source on it, so it might be fake.

we'll burgerland made deals with ISIS east of the Euphrates so we didn't have to fight them until they lost almost all of their territory. we got the Omar oil fields untouched

I didn't know Sri Lanka is that poor. Cheap labour jobs already are becoming to expensive in China, that's why you see so much clothing industry in Bangladesh. Much of the electronics production is getting more and more automated so the burden of entry is high. Heavy industry is not suitable for sri lanka at all. Just become a vacation paradise, my aunt saw turtles hatch on one of your beaches 3 decades ago.

Do the Kurds basically have their continuous country now? Are Syrian kurds and iraqi kurds working together? Will they ever fuck up the roaches?
Aaron Peterson
That's because the map is wrong. SAA captured half a dozen villages down that road already. They're now one village away from connecting to the Idlib push.
Landon Ross
No they don't. Barely, the Iraqi k*rds are almost completely tamed now. The k*rds will fuck up the roaches, but that's in the long term.
Noah Myers
No, there are many different Kurdish groups that hate each other. They will not be working together for a very long time. No, unlikely.
Matthew Ward
how long till assad regains the entire country?
Jason Rogers
Turkey is vital to NATO, I'm sure Sultan Roach could persuade USA to classify k*rd groups as terrorist. Maybe a few more false flags are needed. Remember when Trump sent weapons to k*rds and immediately got called in by Erdo-roach to swear his loyalty to his Sultanate?
K*rdish leadership simply acknowledge that Israel is a legitimate state and has the right to exist. They are not allied I think.

When the puppet masters can't profit any longer (very soon) they'll make some dumb agreement with the syrian government.

I think that Israel was only country to recognise Iraqi kurdistan independence last year

I think the Kurdish-majority parts will get limited autonomy and the Arab-majority areas will go back to Assad, depending on how well they negotiate. 40% chance of war between Kurds and Syria if no agreement is reached imho.

>Breaking: Syrian Army dashes through southwest Aleppo rolling up two towns on the way to Idlib
BEIRUT, LEBANON (1:08 P.M.) – Forces of the Syrian Arab Army and allied paramilitaries are rolling up the southwestern countryside of Aleppo province, seizing two towns from militant groups during the last several hours in a head-long dash towards eastern Idlib.
On Thursday, Syrian army-led forces resumed their drive west of Khanasser en-route to reach elite government troops currently battling it out with jihadist militias in eastern Idlib province.
According to military-affiliated sources, the renewed push in southwest Aleppo has seen Syrian troops capture the towns of Umm Khan and Umm al-Amad Kabli from armed rebel groups over the last several hours.
Knowledge on the disposition of rebel forces within southwest Aleppo remains vague since reports surfaced on Wednesday suggesting that armed groups had made a full withdrawal from the region in order to bolster militant defense lines in eastern Idlib.
In any case, the latest advance by pro-government forces in southwest Aleppo puts them considerably closer to reaching army units in eastern Idlib and it is possible that a link-up could be achieved within the next several days to come.
whats the point of assad negotiating with them? thats where most of syrias oil reserves are and hes already done so much fighting whats the point of cowering out now.
once encircled the countryside will fall like a sack of shit
Noah Wright
That too.
A service economy and production economy. We already have sweatshop factories here, coca-cola and nestle has already open factories long time ago, Big pharma companies too. And Add our abundance of natural resources too. We got cannabis and cocaine growing here but for medical purposes by the big pharma and chemical manufacturers(you wont find them on the street). Assemble factories too and few production economy companies too.
Service Economy is self explanatory, sri lanka is tourism hub. Right before my guy got un-elected from office, they had plans to build the biggest casino in South Asia, and promised 15,000 jobs. That casino would have been the next stepping stone for the island, it would bring in tons of money. Colombo could have been a little las vegas in south asia. And you got private education, medical, financial institution
But most importantly we dont have an over-population problem like some of our neighbors do, except on the east side of the island. You got muzzies over there, they breed like rabbits. We got higher living standards than the rest of south asia, and some at south-east asia.
As in for right now, this place has gone back to being 3rd-world dump, like it used to be. Few years back it was it clean and pristine, it was labeled an asian tiger. Only thing going for it now, is a port city but that has been halted for over a year.
As long as we can break a deal with the sea jew.
Its a 3rd world country, after all. but a lot has changed since the post v-day in '09. But we fairly do better than out neighbors in the sub-continent. I think were top of the list.
Jayden Parker
It's lagging out my terrible computer and it looks like this and it won't let me zoom in or move and it's making me feel nervous and uncomfortable.

>hes already done so much fighting >he The point of assad negotiating with them is because that's what russia wants. You know, the same country that without it stepping in, assad's rotting head would have been rolling in some mass grave by now
Angel Wood
>Syria SU-24 gets hit by rebel AA gunfire, flames up but apparently manages to return to base. Idlib
Nice one, Maverick.

whats the point of putin getting assad to negotiate with the kurds? might i add again the Us backed kurds.
Kayden Lopez
I doubt syrian kurds will go independent, because of they do they will get absolutely fucked by turkey. I think they will have only some autonomy
Ian Howard
Port City is not Lankan Its a Chink Colony We dont even own the land its thiers for 100 years
Jack Hill
the kurds wont accept autonomy. they will fight to the end for a country of their own, were going to see a syrian civil war 2 if russia makes assad cooperated with the kurds.
Elijah Barnes
If they do some really good negotiating they might become like R.S. in bosnia. But i hope it doesnt come to that.
Joshua Howard
It's one thing for RuAF to attack literal terrorists and, but they won't attack the kurds, much less easy to market it Probably
Hudson Russell
> they will fight to the end for a country of their own
not if it means instant destruction at the hands of turkey. they will look to assad for protection i bet, they need it whether they like it or not.
Ayden Anderson
you doubt how stupid kurds are
Ayden Murphy
you think they will get so brazen and stupid with U.S support they might risk it??
Hudson Harris
with the US support they will they can do anything thats why i am saying its so hard tell whats gonnaa happen with the kurds since US support has gone up and down without warning so we dont know long term plans for the US in the region
Bentley Cook
The fun is over FSA will take everything back
Carson Carter
They would get cucked by all of their neighbours, Iraq, Iran, etc. The best thing they can hope for is the similar shit we've got here with chechnya - local government with local laws but under full control from Damascus.
Charles Parker
