The bible .
By God.

This book isn't related to the ones you have in your shelf but I'm currently reading "Coming Apart: The State of White America" by Charles Murray (same author of The Bell Curve). Its basically about the increasing isolation of the elite in terms of culture, IQ, and, geography. I would recommend to anyone.

Whites are becoming the new jews?

I started The Phoenix Program today
Already it is making my blood run cold
And I am also experimenting with using a commonplace book for notes, a mountain of dogears in all the other books is becoming hard to navigate

>falling for the Hayek meme
are you suggesting it didn't happen?
nonfiction

read SIEGE by james mason

> It later focused on presenting a National Socialist perspective on the paranormal.

I think the words 'what do you think of my x' should automatically wordfilter to 'I am a faggot. Please disregard x, I suck cocks.'

might be useful in discussions with wiser men who already know all the bullshit you are spewing

Biographies and autobiographies of extraordinary people are my favorite books to read, especially autobiographies.

very edgy

Write your own thoughts too. My literature teacher told me once, that i should get a "readers notebook" and write my own mini-essay\couple of sentences on every paragrath of a book, he said reading like that and just reading or reading with taking notes is miles apart in terms of understanding and adopting material.

I'm not very good at selecting what classics to read
what would you suggest?
I don't drink coffee
What bullshit?
Its not a conspiracy

Do you guys actually write notes about the books you read? I thought about doing it, but then got lazy and forgot about it.

Better than sex,It's about the Clinton/Bush/Perot campaign. You'll piss yourself.

this is a list i made from another thread i was in last year

interesting

>Against the Gods: The Remarkable Story of Risk
Why?

someone recommended it to me, don't remember exactly why

It's a very /biz/-tier book, that's why I'm asking.

its a thing
google 'commonplace book'
I'm going to give it a shot

I think I will do. I have recently read the autobiographies of Ghandi, Martin Luther King Jr., and Benjamin Franklin, and I thought it would be interesting to write an analysis of what they all had in common. There's definitely a pattern.

I usually do it this way - i read it once, if its worth it i read it again with the method i described, every paragraph you write your own thoughts about the subject of given paragraph. Its actually pretty entertaining. You are lazy cause you are cucked by modern entertainment jew, video content, media, videogames, and even garbage modern oooga booga music all designed that way, so they immidiately give you a burst of pleasure hormones, and no activity that actually requires some brain engagement can give you as much and immidiately, so you are hooked on a short tearm pleasures and even they give you a kick less and less, so you consume more and more of that garbage becoming a zombie with non functioning brain. Ditch this jewry, start reading, writing essays and diary, drawing (even just coloring books will do), pick up an instrument and learn to play great compositions for yourself, some physical activity, some craft or a hobby.

Reading books and writing is fucking fascinating! Best thing ever! Look at it this way, you get to talk to the greatest smartest people in the world, all they wanted to tell you, they wrote down for you to read, all you want to tell them - you can express on paper, you are having a conversation and on top of that honing your language skills. Perfect. Get on it fucko. Best thing ever.

Somebody can't into metaphors.

This is a wonderful book for understand patterns in governmental structure and how they evolve over time.

>you get to talk to the greatest smartest people in the world,

I remember thinking this to myself while reading the autobiography of Benjamin Franklin. Here's a great man who lived 300 years ago and he wrote a book and said "here's what I did to be a badass". I could not agree with your post more. I waste so much time on nonsense.

>sensationalist pop culture politics
>no classics

Reading "Propaganda" by Bernays and making a career out of kvetching: "Oy vey, they're using propaganda exactly as prescribed by Bernays! Who would've thought!?" is impressive to you people...

I would highly recommend the Devil's Pleasure Palace.

It gave me a great appreciation for classical art/ opera that I did not have before. The book is written by a music critic.

The book talks about the influence and origin of cultural Marxism. The author makes the argument that the communists basically desire things that are against the human soul/ western soul. He uses classical art to show that it is in fact a reflection of man's soul. He then describes how the left has become allegory to classic tragedies . Faustian agreements. That basically the left had sought to make deals with the devil because they believe they will triumph. But in reality they will be creating a hell on earth.

Really mind expanding book for myself.

He's done a tone of work and analysis and awareness raising
