What did he mean by this?

He means american style, now please delete the thread.

He wants to hug you

People in the west do not take their shoes off when entering a house.

only americans

But that's wrong.

I was about to argue, but then I realized I live in Eastern Fucking Europe so pretty much third world. Do neither Brits, French, German nor Nordic take off their shoes?

But I'm an ameridumb and I do

Japanese traditional houses have wood floors and tatami mats. dirt and shoes can damage them. tatami mats aren't cheap or easy to clean either. so you leave your shoes at the door.

in the west. you see more stone, tile, and carpets. Which are easy to clean and more tolerant of shoe wear.

That stairway is too wide, the gaps between the stairway and walls too narrow and the tiles on the floor aren't placed evenly.

Dunno about you but I don't like walking on cold tiles in just my socks.

Japan is west of America. Checkmate, nippon.

Yeah like he said, a western style house.

> stairway too wide
Idiot. That staircase can't even fit 2 burgers side by side.

Scandifag here.
If you walk into someones house with shoes on here the women of said house would probably beat your ass.

In Germany it depends. Some people will ask you to take your shoes off, others don't.

250 lb burger here. Yes it could.

Get out of here barbie no one cares about how rich your gastro/lipo doctor is.

>that fucking quality

i am coming to your house, your mom and sis are home right?

Britfag here.

I usually don't ask people to take their shoes off because the majority of people I know have seriously putrid smelling foot odor.

Not sure if it's just a British thing, but it's fucking disgusting when all you can smell is a mix of different peoples feet when they take their shoes off.

Shoes stay on, please.
