If you have a kilo of carfentanyl you can mix it with 6500 pounds of lactose powder to make 6500 pounds of a powder that is just as strong as pure heroin. Mixing it perfectly would be very hard, which is why fentanyl is a much safer bet, but the idea is that if someone can sneak in 10 million dollars worth of drugs inside a hearing aid, the government cucks will have a hell of a time stopping it. If you really want to save the lives of the ppl who are going to overdose in the next few years you need to decriminalize or legalize everything so that addicts no what they are getting and dont take too much by accident.
