A unique observation that I myself have often pondered. There is a possible answer rooted in human biology, where males vote on policies with their intellect and women, with their cunts. This would certainly explain the split down the middle.

I took a quick look at the voting stats, and what you said previously generally happens AKA majority/plurality voting blocks emerge cleanly and openly.

I think whats happening is simple gerrymandering, it doesn't explain everything but it certainly fits the bill as an explanation. What happens is you have areas that are 99.99 percent red, areas that are solid blue, and then heavily contested areas, where a fix couldn't be manufactured for one side so it swings back and fourth because it tends to be balanced in that way.

Gerrymandering can also happen on the federal and country wide level which is why "swing states" exist. Nationwide the electoral college can greatly swing in favor of one candidate or another but looking at the "popular votes" you still see your 50-50 phenomena.

TLDR: I dont get it. Gerrymandering can explain alot of it, but take a wide enough step back and look at it and it makes zero fucking sense. I somehow doubt the entire country is split 50-50 ideologically. Maybe there is something im not getting, i dont know.

Well, we do know for a fact that the "democracy" machine tends to do the following.

Push numbers that are clearly manufactured and bullshit as a sort of "programming" (generally through the shit-stream media) so when you rig the vote to get those results its not surprising to the general populace and their more likely to accept it.

A common feature of voting in Venezuela under chavez and his bus driver kike underling was their usage of electronic voting machines. The machines had code to "skim" votes to a certain percentage, usually designed to, regardless of input, change enough votes to get the perfect ~51-49 split, then dump the memory off the machine so as to make the tampering untraceable. There was a ton of this info coming out when trump ran. Especially since those machines produced in Venezuela were sold here.
