Honestly I was hoping he'd still come to terms with Anna's uh... very enthusiastic bonding sessions, and still like her. I mean she thought everything she was doing was pure, which was what attracted MC to her in the first place. No reason he should've just blown her off like that and not explain anything. And then the ending gets no real closure, kinda disappointing.
