It can take a lot of overhead to create a revenue stream in rural areas.
You can find immigrants in rural communities around factories/mills ect.
But really, nobody starting up farms/ranches ect if they are not rich or did not inherit land and infrastructure.
My family's grain farm/ranch for example would cost about 10 million dollars to build from scratch.
And we are absolutely not millionaires, farms just work with some large numbers sometimes.
You can easily start up a business in the city for the price of one used combine (size dependent obv).

In any country that has (or recently had) a dominant majority race, the smaller races will tend to congregate in ghettos for security reasons. That is, after all, where the word comes from before it came to mean "first world Mogadishu."
It's natural for any species population in nature that breeds like-to-like. If you want to breed with your own kind, you have to congregate where others of your kind can be found. In majority white nations, you don't need to congregate at all to find other whites.

That's a lie. In some parts of the country they've been able to own land for 200 years now, 140 at the latest except for Jim Crow lands, which I honestly don't know the specifics of.

It does matter because property ownership and exploitation of that property has been one of the best money making opportunities for millennia. Wealth that is then passed down to children and grandchildren, as well as a certain lifestyle and education that is passed down which erode under poverty.
In many non-white cultures living the rural areas are often the marker of a poor person. The city is seen as the place of prosperity even though you could be living in a shit apartment.
