Rank his works from best to worst

Beginning of Gyo > Uzumaki > Tomie > Ending of Gyo

That ending of Gyo, what the fuck was he thinking?

The one with the spirals >>> evrrything else

It's not a very good one, kind of a fan service story to anyone familiar with his work.

I forgot the title, but it's a sequel to the series with the weird boy and nails, who marries a creepy woman from another story.
It's something about a hunted house

>creepy woman
She is literally a model

Muh dick

>gigantess
>professional model
>older than him
How did he do it?

Only scary story by him was The Bully.
And that was scary because of the way the woman looked like at the end.

All other works are uncomfortable and sometimes comical.

>The Bully
That was some spooky shit even though it's the least gory one.

Because the idea of a little girl enjoying physically abusing others and growing up to abuse her own son is the most realistic sort of horror situation he has written

I don't understand this meme. I find his works scary, why do people laugh at them?

Young people are only scared by watching popular youtube let's plays

It's a mix of horror and absurdity desu.
While the intention is to scare, the sheer off-the-wall premieses negate a lot of the shock factor. There also isn't much actual mystery. Even if background isn't explained, the stories are internally consistent in a way that leads to thinking "It's just this way, I guess." Also, they have entertainment value beside the horror style. The one with his cats demonstrates this tendency, even if this isn't horror per se.

The only one that I found actually horrifying was "The Town Without Streets". He takes a more subtle aproach here.

dafuq? "desu" filters to "desu".
That's what I get for actually using an abbreviation I usually avoid...

also, here's the cover

There's something about the way this bitch looks that really disturbs me. It's especially nightmarish how the protag first encounters her.

Can anyone story time this? Looks spooky

That one is not very good. It's like he attempted to write three separate stories at the same time.

>sequel
I think it's his dream sequence. The follow-up story where Souchi is eaten by the model ends with him waking up as a kid.
