One, the story is realllly old.
Two, this happened in the Old City section of Philadelphia just outside the area with all the bars. And the likelihood is that the prople who did this were shitstains from New Jersey, or one of the suburbs, or maybe some place like Camden or Chester.
Philly may be full of assholes, but we’re much more likely to put the robot in a weird or inappropriate place, like on top of a building, or in a shitty restroom. If somebody had dropped the robot in one of the rivers, then I could believe Philadelphians did it. The only Philadelphians who would destroy the robot would be the really young shitskins, and they’re not typically out in Old City or near at that time of night, or much else.
