Race mixing is only eugenics if you kill off most of the mixed breeds. With very selective breeding you could make a stronger and smarter super race while mitigating the effects of inbreeding, but most of them would be intermediate between Whites and blacks in terms of quality, along the the added obstacle of not having a heritage.
