This manga is a bitch to get into. Doesn't help the scanlation quality is bad and the Yen rips aren't available anywhere, not even goddess.

The subtitle on the add says something like 365 days without a girlfriend, so it'll definitely be about the main cast.

I'm kind of surprised Sekirei is getting any sort of continuation at all, I thought no one cared about it anymore and the last chapters were kind of dull/not that great to me.

It's probably like the gto continuations or the ichigo 100% sequel. The authors are just desperate for a paycheck.
