That's the second best KyoAni production about a group of high school girls in an after school band. Good taste.

K-on was a very close second for me

I'm really mixed about the term "masterpiece" for K-on.

The first season wasn't perfect, notably because of its slow pace where each joke take 2 minutes to conclude (it reminds me the beginning of Lucky Star and it is not a compliment). Just that makes that I can't name K-on as "masterpiece"

However, 2nd season was really good and fun to watch.
