I learned a long time ago though that sometimes things are the way you are and you have to accept them. Acceptance makes things so much easier. I had two close family members die in poor circumstances in the past 2 years and it hit everyone extremely hard, but I took it the best because I learned to accept. It's a terrible situation, but it's out of my control so why let it get me down.

I also felt it before Sup Forums but that just fed it, if that makes sense. I think gender dysphoria is a legitimate thing, but I think today's society really pushes that kind of thing and there isn't any treatment for it aside from transitioning. Testosterone can help but good luck getting a prescription for that.
Anyway, it's right for some people for sure. Maybe it's right for you, but I think a lot fewer people are happy about it than we're led to believe. Just proceed with caution, and if possible learn to live with the dysphoria. It does get easier, or at least it did in my experience.
Good luck in whatever you decide! If you do ever decide to go full on tranny (hormones, not just trapping in private or something), make sure you're ready to put a lot of work in. You need to be fit as fuck, know how to makeup, and have a good voice. One of the things that stopped me was realizing I wouldn't make it and would just be seen as a freak everywhere I go, disgust hidden under their polite attitudes.
