Communism is the next stage of humanity following the capitalist stage and the socialist stage.
What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:

If you could find a way to eliminate stress, I would gladly do my job at the same pay as anyone else. Its not the time I invested into my degree and that I think the work I do is more important that other jobs. Its the stress I have to put up with. Most low level jobs have zero stress to them, you go to work, you stand around for 8 hours and then go home with nothing to worry about.
