How big is your downloaded anime / backlog folder?
Don't tell me you're one of those plebs that streams their anime.

I just streamed Koe no Katachi and I loved the movie. You can't stop me.

This.

My download folder on my active hard drive has some 400 GB. The majority of my collection is on external drives.

>having a backlog
I wish I could go back to those times

Switch to a better ISP.

I delete everything, so it's usually a dozen of episode + a single show from the backlog at best.
The only thing I keep is what I seed.

>Don't tell me you're one of those plebs that streams their anime
I prefer watching shows in bed on my phone instead of at my battlestation. So yes

Sleep snug, smug.

It's not very big.

about 800GB
I download most of my shit in 720p and only get BD rips for the really good shit due to a slowass internet connection

2TB, shoutout to Coalgirls

Almost 8TB.

The weird thing is that I know that within my life I'll probably never watch it.

But I keep hoarding it anyway.

My ISP Isn't the problem

>Not just streaming the downloaded file from PC to phone

As big as current season. never rewatch the show i already finished

only 592gb

681 Go

Get a job

I'm one of those plebs who streams their anime. I'd rather torrent but comcast kills any torrent protocol after a couple of minutes of downloading by killing my entire connection. If the download is left up they pulse the kill-switch every 60 seconds.

Like 6 shows because I'm too poor to afford a big hdd, and most of my space is used by music.

>I'm too poor to afford a big hdd,
Do you have any idea how cheap HDDs are?

I'd say over 1TB.

I think that one day I'll have watched it all, then again, that's not even half of my backlog.

I delete most of my completed shows, i also never seed anything.

1 tb costs at least $100 here.

Have you tried buying online?

Around 6.5TB

This desu. Sometimes I rewatch stuff but it's

~1.4 Tb out of 2
I don't really manage it in any meaningful way.

Only about 30GB, I keep the things I really like but I'm so used to having a small hard drive that I still delete shows I'm finished with despite having had a 1TB in my pc for a while that isn't even that full.

It's one coalgirls rip so 370 gb

bout tree point five tee bee

My NAS has about 10tb of anime on it, about half of which is unwatched.

I seed stuff till a ratio of 10 then delete it.
I only download what I immediately plan to watch.

So at the moment, it's small (8GB) since there's only 2 series in there not counting currently airing shows that are seeding.

After it got deleted twice, 213GB.

I don't really have much of a backlog now.

504GB right now. I delete 99% of the stuff I've watched.

I really want to get stuck into my backlog, but depression just prevents me from doing things. Even playing games is a chore half the time.

About 150 GB. Most if it is backlog shows, but I keep a few shows I really liked or I think I might want to reference at some point.

1.2TB out of 3TB used up. I like to keep a collection so I don't delete stuff after I watch it.

50GB
I delete everything after I watch it.

>AB account
>Bakabt account
>Still stream

Its just so easy, I cant help it

You save samples of images too, as I see.

I delete every episode that I've watched

581 GB for my backlog, 834 GB for my archive. My archive is kinda inflated because I have Urusei Yatsura taking up 354 GB, JoJo's taking up 118 GB (almost 10 GB of which are manga archives), 81 GB are Monogatari, almost 100 GB for Eva and others, but I guess it balances out because I own some physical stuff like the Haruhi BDs.
My backlog is also kind of inflated because I have lots of Lupin, Conan, and One Piece episodes there, plus a few Gundam series I still need to watch.
Anyways, a 3 TB drive was a great investment and I highly recommend it, especially given how cheap storage has become.

I got this only for the few anime I rewatch.
I use 15GB to 20GB for seasonal stuff.

>
>>Not just streaming the downloaded file from PC to phone
Exactly

Fucking streamfags

I only download if I'm sure I will someday watch it a second time. I've downloaded 4 shows. and one (Haruhi) has already proved to be a mistake.

This big

1.58 GB , and that's because I recently acquired Sengoku Rance

That's a disservice to the creators, they want you to watch it in Blu Ray quality with as big a bitrate as possible.

Not very big at the moment, my HDD got wiped a couple months ago (now I use a /home partition)
>he doesn't know how to set up SMB/SFTP/literally any of the other dozens of home streaming software

I just bought a 1TB from Taco Amazon for less than 50 USD.

>being a streamfag
>not having a vpn

1.16 TB.

My archival and backlog folder on my external is 351 GB. I usually delete after watching but I'm starting a larger archive. I've only just started on it so it's still small.

My folder where I keep things like one-off OVAs that I have yet to watch and my seasonal shows is only 9 GB.

What's the bad point in a streaming?

Lurk two years before posting.

...

>watching anime in shit tier bitrate

>never seed
kys cancer

500GB hentai share volafile.org/r/hentai

6TB

...

about 15TB.

>watching a stream reencoded from a stream that is kissanime
even worse.

I stream everything via SMB from my NAS.

Come at me.

I don't think either of us are disagreeing with you.

200 gigs of anime anime and movies so far since im going on vacation soon and I can't trust hotel internet to download at half decent speeds.

>Kissanime
well of course faggot

Are you going to try and claim that your streaming site is somehow better? They're all shit.
At least HS rips can be cleaned up somewhat with debanding.

I have no life my backlog hasn't been more than 10 episodes for the past 10 years.

The chance that'll rewatch something is under 50% and I know there's tons of animefans on the interwebs so there's no need to hoard it on my hard drive. I hope it'll always be there for me to stream it when I need it

hey crunchyroll is pretty good

The only thing I ever stream is rasslin and that's because it's the only way to get it. Torrents are just reencodes of the streams.

...

The fact that there are people that legitimately believe this is concerning.

I download every episode I watch and then replace it with bd rips after they are released. From there, I burn each series to disc and put them on the shelf ordered in alpha numerics. At one point I lost ~600gb of japtoons because I rewrote the wrong hard drive. Disc last forever. Disc a best.

>Disc last forever. Disc a best
Boy, you're going to look like an idiot in 100 years.

Would be simmilar price to just buy another hdd than buying dvd/bd drive and all the discs and cases and the time spent... not worth it just keep a backup.

There's no anime worth watching this season so I've just been rewatching old shows online.

>streaming
>streaming OLD shows that require good encodes/filtering
ISHYGDDT

I stream on firetv stick
problems weren't

Close to 10TB

God damn you Coalgirls and EG

a true patrician only downloads his waifu's anime, and streams everything else.

anything that doesn't contain his waifu is a waste of hard drive space that could be used for material of his waifu.

Something like 20 series and movies, which is constantly expanding as I move into older and more obacure anime

Fucking pleb. I have a 32GB SD card that I keep waifu material on.

Holy shit. Sup Forums really is dead if we have this many streamers in this thread.

I dont stream or torrent. I sneak into Japanese homes and hide in the walls and hope they watch something good.

I have a NAS server with about 8tb of stuff, and stacks of manga and LNs because I know moon and buy those. Anyone with less than 2tb shouldn't even be posting on Sup Forums.

>nichibros
>no nichijou
Why?

Download, watch it, wait till my seeding ratio hit 100% or more, delete.

How is UY that big? Some user uploaded BD rips to pantsu a few weeks ago and they only clocked in at like 70gb.

They actually want you to buy their product so that they can continue to work and feed themselves, but no one on Sup Forums is actually going to do that.

>Gundam Thunderbolt and IBO
>No 0079. Zeta or Turn A

user, I question your taste

He probably download this 272GB version. Not sure where the other ~80GB is going

Also, those pantsu rips are just downscaled versions of the Kagura ones.

Not everybody is a hoarder.
In the last 2yrs been slowly trimming that shit down and I have still 800gb left.
Never again.

Hoarding is good, especially when you're seeding all of it. When the apocalypse comes, the hoarders are the only ones who're going to have any anime. You'll be lucky if they share.

I buy the figures, posters and BDs.
