A quick rundown on both the Polish falangist movement (ONR-Falanga) and its controversial """traitorous""" leader (Bolesław Piasecki):
Bolesław was born in 1915 in Łódź. He went to the University of Warsaw in 1931 where he was active in two nationalist organizations and proclaimed antisemitism and anti-communism. He was interned in 1934 and after being released after a few months he became the leader of ONR-Falanga, the National Radical Camp Falanga, after the original ONR was split into two separate ONRs. He was inspired by Spanish falangism and started advocating for catholic totalitarianism, more centralized than its Spanish counterpart. Piasecki advocated the removal of Polish citizenship from kikes and his ONR-Falanga organized pogroms against Jews, Jewish businesses and leftist activists. He opposed the German occupation of Poland and fought alongside his wife who died in the Warsaw uprising.
Once Poland was puppeted by the USSR he was imprisoned and interrogated by the NKVD's Ivan Serov. He managed to perfectly negotiate and after leaving the prison he was even allowed to lead a political career. What the communists didn't know at the time was that he didn't betray Poland and his values and that was playing 4D chess with them.

Piasecki was perfectly aware of the fact that Stalin made an exception and told his dogs that they can't touch Christianity in Poland beyond trying to steer it or else the Poles will surely organize bloody uprisings, making a joke out of the supposedly united international proletariat. In 1947 Piasecki was allowed to create the "pro-soviet" christian PAX Organization, which was supposed to serve as the communist steering tool that I mentioned earlier. What happened was different however. While seemingly conforming to the commies' demands Piasecki was keeping the national spirit alive by expanding his organization into various areas. He was allowed to print the Bible, national Polish books and weekly catholic magazines filled to the brim with redpills which would, under any other circumstances, surely be banned. The organization created a catholic school in Warsaw, secretly materially supported WW2 partisans of the Armia Krajowa (who fought against the communists), openly questioned abortion and atheism, and got away with it all. Piasecki remained an antisemite and opposed any Jewish communists.
In 1957 the vengeful kikes abducted and killed his 15-year-old son, Bohdan. They were never caught and the entire case was swept under the rug. From that point on Piasecki became reckless. Having nothing else to lose he started using his various connections to get patriots and nationalists out of prisons. He died in 1979 and his burial was attended by a couple thousand people. He never lost his fight, because to win is to survive, and he surely smuggled elements of falangism into the Polish Peoples' Republic's citizens' hearts.

My (admittedly shallow) understanding of fascism is that it's not about putting restrictions on people. You can say that it targets some people for harsher treatment than liberal justice systems but I think the overall point is to provide a solid grounding for individuals to flourish without special interest groups shitting up society for everyone.
