Not the guy you're talking to but there's a fairly big difference between 60 and 10fps. If you lack the budget to properly animate certain fighting scenes then do proper combat directing and add more stills. But having some of the combat scenes literally lag is just retarded. I was about to drop the show after the first 3 episodes because of how choppy some of the fights are.
