It's much simpler and much more honest. Religious schools should be able to kick out anyone who doesn't follow their honor code, so a unbearably lefty school should be able to kick out anyone they want too, provided they do not receive any form of Government assistance or college-related aid. But if the school is going to act that way, they should advertise that way and write their policies that way, or be able to be sued for deceiving their customers.
