I mean, it's clearly the story of Miki (editor) as Kagurazaka and she is never shown in a bad light, and Fushimi is an author working under him, and so are Mahouka author and SAO authors. Miki enjoys bullying Kawahara in real life so I assume that's why SAO is getting so much flak in Eromanga Sensei.

Elf-sensei outright curses Kawahara's good name and swears that she'll beat him, which was cut from the anime adaptation.
The author of SAO himself has tweeted about his own appearances in the LN and anime, lamenting that the lines bashing him got cut.
