Here in New York, all you do is give them a name and an address, the best part is, if they have you marked as already voting (the guy you decided to be already voted earlier) all you have to do is sign a piece of paper promising you are who you say you are and both votes will count, since and repeat at all the voting stations using different names and addresses (Just need a phone book)
