it's called globalist propaganda; diversity == more workers from 3rd countries get visas to go into your country == you get payed less and/or have harder time finding good jobs.
And not to mention the additional problems that overpopulation brings to a city: more traffic, more stress on infrastructure (buses/metro/etc.) , more petty crimes, etc.
