Spring 2016

There's like only 2 notable anime on the whole list. And one of them isn't even good.

>SAO
>Yer kidding
>AZ

Of course it was, by virtue of Glasslip__ alone.

God that season looks abysmal
>Tokyo Ghoul
>SAO 2
So thats why OP likes this season

Really? Those are the ones that jump out at you as significant?

Welcome to Sup Forums I guess.

Zankyou is the only non-sequel show there which I would consider "Truly Great"

Of course not.

Gekkan shoujo was good, rokujouma was surprisingly good for what little expectations I had, and Hanayamata was decent too. I also liked Himegoto.

But when the OP says "great" season you have to judge the good with the bad, and there was quite a lot of bad.

I'll pick up Gekkan shoujo, Sabagebu and Aldonah zero. Everything else looks shit. Nothing worth fapping to either.

Are you kidding me? There's like 4 passable shows at best

>"Truly Great"
>biggest waste of potential since Eden of the East

>yer kidding

S2014 looks even worse than the current season

>Rail Wars is set in a parallel world where Japan did not privatize its national railways.
Who comes up with this shit?
Was it good?

>"SAO is bad" meme
wow, you really want to fit in

0/10

The last season I remember really enjoying was Summer '12. Jinrui, Joshiraku, Yuru Yuri, Binbougami, Rinne no Lagrange, Moyashimon... a lot of enjoyable stuff.

The last truly 'great' seasons were winter, spring, and summer 2011.

Spring 2006.

Well, summer looks pretty good at least.

It was one of the biggest trainwrecks of 2014.

Summer 2014 was one of the worst seasons ever.

You must be joking. Fall looks good, but summer seems like it will flop hard

Winter 2017 had so many CGDCT. It was wonderful.

>monthly girls
>sabagebu
>space dandy
So two good shows and one "eh" show is a "truly great season"?

Goodbye yellow subs, you will not be missed.
