Sadly there isn't really one if you mean something similar to Duolingo but for Japanese afaik. If you just mean generally, Tae Kim's grammar guide, core10k vocabulary anki deck, and then buying a few reference books is what I got the most value out of.

Human Japanese seems to be actually pretty good from what I've seen but it costs 20 bucks for both beginner and intermediate. You will still need to grind vocabularies and read shit separately from it but it's actually pretty good at introducing you to basic grammar in a gamey way.
