Zero started the E-ranked Luck meme and the other spinoffs just rolled with it and picked unlucky heroes. Vlads the Impaler and Karna were pretty unlucky in life. Karna got his luck improved to A+ in Extra/CCC though compared to Apocrypha, but Vlads is still stuck at D. By the time Grand Order came around and multiplied the Servant roster to the level it is today, the spread is a lot more even. Romulus and Hector has B ranked Luck for example.
