no he wasn't. if it was a robbery gone wrong, then there would be things missing from the body, espceially the quick grans and the wounds would have been from the front. the gunshots were in the back, indicating that it was either an ambush and deliberately targeted shooting, or, firing while he was fleeing. the problem is, if he was fleeing in a robbery gone wrong, there would be no reason to shoot. even a bandit panicking, if they are willing to escalate to killing, then they would have definitely made a point of gathering the loot from the body.
this was deliberate murder, not a robbery gone wrong, because the evidence doesn't support that robbery had any bearing in the motive of the shooter. whoever did this really fucked it up. to make this look like a robbery gone wrong, he should have been shot in the front and all valuables removed.
