ITT: the series should have ended here

...

Bleach

Would have been MOTD.

Dragonball should have ended at the end of Z.

Prison school should've ended after the boys got out.

> Not like Marie's hardcore lesbian sex scene
> Not liking the golden shower 69

That arc dragged at the end, but as a whole it was pretty darn good.

and what leave the entire series with a fuck ton of loose ends? Basically all the main antagonists are still running about.

Let me guess, you're a 2011 brainlet who thinks the dark continent arc is shit because you don't have the attention span to read a manga with more than the average amount of dialogue?

Kurosawa should have ended where it ended and then left untouched forever.
It wouldn't have mattered, the point of the ending would have been that the adventure is neverending thus there are no "loose ends", because life is not a closed story, is an open adventure. I agree with OP with that ending being appropiate.
I still enjoy the manga, though.
Nigga, relax.

Probably the most obvious one.

it still hurts

>muh autism power *eyes start glowing*
>muh Mikami fucking up despite knowing about being tailed
Near was such a fucking piece of shit.

I'm still pissed fkmt is making more Kurosawa. It had the perfect ending

There was an ant in my room and I pushed it into a spiderweb in the corner today.

...

...

>he fell for the Gon is protagonist meme
Gon is gone.

The strongest villain and character already died though.

>get in the robot shinji
>no
>okay
And they all died happily ever after

I would watch it

...

...

...

Would have been a great tragedy if it ended here or possibly had a 10 years time skip. Instead we got triple revival, side characters becoming completely irrelevant and a pointless ending that changed nothing.

...

agreed, he could have just made a new character for the bum shit. no reason to use kurosawa for it.

This is actually one of the only true things in this thread.

That world championship bowl was absolute trash.

You're retarded. Ending a manga with a bunch of hanging threads because "the theme is the adventure continues!" is an ending that a fucking hack would write and I can't believe you think it would be an okay ending.

You don't deserve to talk about the quality of a work's writing.

Cool. Enjoy getting 3 chapters every 2 years.
I'm sure the shitty art and sub par writing are totally worth the wait.

Fuck off.

What chapter is this in the manga? I want to read it.

338/339 I think

Dragonball should have ended after the Cell arc, since Z is about Gohan overcoming his father and the torch getting passed on. The last chapters even feel like they were supposed to be the end, with Goku staying in the afterlive.

The Cell arc was the peak but there are quite a few very memorable things that happen in buu saga. Though during the buu saga it should have ended multiple times.

The Buu arc was not that bad, but it was an unneeded add on. Saiyan arc and 22th Tenkaichi Budokai were the best arcs though.

I don't see the issue. We already got an ending you can still treat as an ending for a continuing story.

Sorry about your asspain.

No way, chapter Black was setting up to have the best ending, before the ancient demon blood reveal killed the Hakusho

This desu. From defeating an intergalactic threat, we went back to a planetary threat and Red Ribbon Army nonsense.

yeah it was stupid, but the android and cell arc were better than the Frieza one.

Should have ended at ep 1.

Cell & the Androids were way above Frieza. They're enough of a threat to need time travel.

Exact page it should have ended

this

...

DB should have ended with Cell.

DB should have ended with King Piccolo.

Even Piccolo Jr. was redundant.

...

While some of the late witch concepts were interesting, most of the 150 chapters which followed 90 were repetitive and frustration. Reasons had to be contrived for Yamada not to brute force his way through the witches and Shiraishi as a character kept making less and less sense.

Shiraishi desired a normal and fulfilling high school experience eith friends and club activities...but once she acheives friends, boyfriend, and club members she always brushes them off in order to study...but she only studied in the first place as a means of escaping the loneliness of not having friends. She doesn't even intend to go to college. WTF. Could've just ended the damn series rather solidly at chapter 90

Which chapter is this from cause it honestly feels like an ending

Naruto should've ended with Zabuza's death.

Berserk

Gon clearly hasn't finished his character development. Not to mention the loose threads with Kurapika. This would have been a terrible end to the series.

Those Calvin and Hobbes feels.

There was no point in anything that followed through

he gets stuck in the barrel and dies

Yeah pretty much this, we learned about Goku's species origin, he defeated an opponent stronger than anybody could imagine, saw SSS transformation, there was nothing more to add to the series.

>inb4 cellfags

Sunday without God, Episode 3.

>thinking Yotsuba should have ended

And no stupid "I'll bring everyone back to life"

I'd be willing to trade Inaba's victory in exchange for not watching the increasingly retarded arcs that came after the first one.

Personally, I would be satisfied with the series ending with Android 17 and 18 killing everyone.

Yep. Christmas bowl was the true ending.

>all villains have been defeated
>rival of the family, Dio, is dead, Joestars are free from the curse
>Jonathan has been avenged
>main cast goes their separate ways
>nah jk let's go to a hillbilly town solve a murder mystery
>also something abotu gay priest and later cowboys

why

Could you imagine?

>talking about DC

Please. That shit barely started with all the hiatus, if you can even can that shit a start.

OP is right because with all the shitty hiatus the manga ending with Gon meeting his Father and giving the hunter card would at least put an end to this. For how good HxH is, this type of hiatus should never happen, despite the shit they did to Togashi when doing YYH

It's amazing how shit your taste is, animefag

How is is possible to have taste so bad?

...

>Monogatari series
Hue

I forgot the details but Mikami knew the whole fucking time? Then the other fuckboi copies his hand writing in a on night stand like the ending isn't already an asspull.

>So blue...
>Rayleigh scattering bitch.
And then they both die.

>woah all these people in all these TV shows
>but that guy right there, is kira

What is this?

>He doesn't like parts post stardust crusaders
Jojo gets better with every part desu
That's the point in watching it

pic related

Yamada-san when they made the first wish.
The World God Only Knows after the Goddess arc.

>The World God Only Knows after the Goddess arc.
A few chapters for him to actually apologize and confess, then it'd actually would have been great. Instead we get 70 chapters of characters no one cares about

You realize that you're describing a Bones anime original ending, right? And they are NEVER good

It's a key flaw of the medium I think (manga). Often the author plans out a story for let's say, 100 or 200 chapters. After that the author has a choice to make. End your popular series and stop making money or keep going with no plan and keep making money. Of course, they almost always choose the latter. Light Novels don't have this problem because the plot is usually less important and the waifu/harem shit can go on forever.

"break up with katsura and go out with me"
wow the entire series could've been solved with this

It's a shame mangaka rarely get to end their manga on their own terms. In general manga either end too early leaving you wanting a lot more or end too late and peter out. I can't think of many manga that end satisfyingly. And since manga's so cutthroat, if it isn't some big time manga written by a veteran then the series will end with little notice and usually with little more than 1-3 chapters. Say what you want about how long Nisekoi dragged on, but at least it had 20+ chapters to build up to its ending.

>implying Kotonoha doesn't kill them both after Mankoto breaks up with her

kotonoha wouldn't have lost it if she didn't get gaslighted into despair

You keep telling yourself that

well that's what i personally believe

either way makoto deserved everything he got
just wish it was kotonoha that stabbed his shit

Have you played the game?

i don't think i have the nerves to
but good point, i didn't see even half of the content
