Why would the memo point out that even though Comey knew the dossier was "salacious and unverified" he briefed then emperor-elect Trump on the memo. That statement seems out of place and really does not belong in the context of the memo. Is it possible that the authors of the memo are trying to let us know that Comey threatened Trump with it?
