What Trey is said in the bottom section, if you will listen, is that the memo has not shown that the investigation itself is unconstitutional or has done anything wrong. He actually fairly outright stated that he believes that the memo was initiated incorrectly in the top portion of your pic and finished that statement with a positive. This is a common psyop doublespeak used against those with sand flea sized memories to allow only the last part of an idea seem pertinent. This simply means that he is trying to keep on good terms with Mueller. The possible reasons for this are too many to speculate.

Yeah, you're probably right about the email thing unless someone can find a server or hard drive they didn't destroy. I can give examples of politicians going to jail (and so can you) but 'the game' is a real thing and politicians do play it and so deals will be made. Hell, if you can get inside and see what happens, you will see politicians avoiding prosecuting their own simply because they believe that they, as a group, are better than all the rest and don't want to hurt their group image. I do think that Trump would allow an investigation into Hilly's evil but she has been allowed to destroy (possibly) all evidence against her. This memo is an exception as it shows the her campaign committee took part in smear tactics that were built on illegal acts. If you remember, laws were recently passed to prosecute human trafficking, drugs etc. This is simply a 'net' they are throwing in the water. If they can catch enough small fish, one is likely to lead back to the big one(s).

While we are on this subject, consider Obummer. It is clear (now) that he was simply a poster boy, put in power under illegal premise. EVEN if they were to prove his birth certificate to be false (I mean in a court of law), Trump (and the rest of the government) could not invalidate his presidency and his actions. I mean, LEGALLY they could, but not in practice. It would cause too much dishevel and claims of witch hunting... it would look very, very bad. The only hope here is that he is somehow found to be guilty of murder, child trafficking and supporting the removal of net neutrality (forgive my poor humor attempt). Short of any of this, any action taken against him would be viewed by the left as treason. This is why, I believe, Trump has not even tried to pursue actions against him. Remember, Left = most women and pretty much all minorities. A galvanization of them would be disastrous for our country. inb4 muh guns; anyone advocating outright civil war in the U.S. is completely deluded.
