He watches anime that doesn't finish up in less than 32 episodes

>he watches anime that doesn't finish up in less than 32 episodes

I seriously hope you guys don't do this.

Any manga that can't tell it's story by the 300th chapter isn't worth reading.

Do what- apply arbitrary limits on things like a series' length.

Why waste time Watching a bunch of filler crap?

Fuck off, casual.

Life is the filler before death.
Do you want me to skip your filler episodes?

>He is a pleb that only watches new shit.

>be op
>try to make some point that i thought was smart about endless shounenshit or so
>end up looking like the retard i am because i clearly don't know anything about anime

That's just another reason. It no longer becomes about telling a compelling story and instead ends up being nothing more than a means to an end to acquire as many shekels as possible.

Cardcaptor Sakura - 70 episodes
Mobile Police Patlabor TV - 47 episodes
Every gundam- about 50
Pic related - way more than 30

>being this much of a brainlet

Urusei Yatsura - 195 episodes
Masion Ikkoku - 96 episodes
Space Captain Harlock - 42 episodes
Ideon - 39 episodes
Ashita no Joe - 79 episodes
Rose of Versailles - 40 episodes
Macross - 36 episodes
Oniisama e... - 39 episodes
Sailor moon - 200 episodes
Lupin the 3rd part 2 - 155 episodes
Utena - 39 episodes
If you don't watch longer anime you will have zero clue what you are talking about.

Sailor Moon is mind numbing with the filler. Literally mind numbing.

That is why you don't watch Sailor moon for the story and you watch it for the cute girls.

Good job proving OP's point

...

Does it count if there are several seasons like Natsume?

Do you have the gif/webm of the girls jumping in a crowd to see someone and doing cute things? I didn't save it last time

...

>that last Ami jump
Cuuuute

The entire story needs to end in 32 episodes.

2 seasons max. Anything more than that and the writers are puling shit out of thier ass.

Why did you pick 32 episodes?

Being generous: the correct number is actually 25.

>not 24
Found the shit eater

Why? Do you have somewhere to be? If you're watching a story because you're impatient to get to the end and get the gratification of a climax, you're missing out on the beauty that a long-running story can tell you. As long as the story that's being told is sincere and true to the author's intentions then I'm more than willing to keep watching. Truthfully I prefer longer shows because they give me time to really grow to love characters and establish a status quo so that when that status quo is threatened by death or betrayal it really feels heavy.

While a long set up is more conducive to a shounen show, I've always wanted to see what a Shoujo Rom-com with an ensemble cast would look like with 100+episodes, with characters growing older, reaching milestones and having relationships with each other. Haven't seen anything like that yet.

Maison Ikkoku

bump

How can one man miss out on so much?

Name one (1) good manga with more than 150 chapters

Kyou Kara Ore Wa

You proved it yourself

Berserk stopped being fun after golden age when Guts got a JRPG party

There's a handful of shows, mostly decent shounen, that can justify a longer run. I've found that pretty much anything over 52 episodes is garbage, barring a few exceptions.

>berserk stopped being good after golden age
Nigga what are you smoking?

My man

Berserk.
Also nice job moving the goal post..

He is right. It peaked at Conviction Arc.

To Love-ru.

That's what time skips are for.
