ITT: garbage cliches

>series begins with mc meeting a mysterious girl
>1st episode/opening arc ends with them suddenly becoming a transfer student
>"EEEEEH???"

>first girl that appears wins the MCbowl

>Sexualized depictions of children

>fathers are always working or overseas

Japan didn't care of their breed

>Looks like a kid
>Acts like a kid
>Sounds like a kid
>"Lol they're actually adults."

...

>Even though I told you that was my final form, I actually have another final form

>mc stumbles and "accidentally" grabs tits
>even squeezes a few times
>"hurr I didn't mean to, I'm sorry"
>gets kicked across the room

>MC's personality is vanilla
>main girl's personality is also vanilla
>they both like each other and end up dating

>people don't look both ways before crossing street

>friend of the MC wins an hot springs vacation at a super market lottery
>wins just enough tickets to bring all of her friends and a non-relative adult chaperone

>anime doesn't even take place in Japan
>there's still an onsen episode

>draw girl
>call it a boy

>truck hits a person
>keeps on moving
Just like Korea

>mc's parents are overseas/nonexistent

>MC masters a technique thats supposed to take years to learn in a few days(if that)

>self insert MC
>tsundere female MC
>perv side character
>vanilla dumb slut that trips all the time
Automatically drop a show when all of these appear.

Protagonist: "I'm stronk cause muh friendship
Antagonist: "No, friends make you weak
Protagonist: "Super Friendship Attack!"
Antagonist: "WTF is this the power of friendship!?"

>villain team
>huge guy in the team is the weakest

interchangeable with "dreams" "hope" "humanity" "love", etc.

>9 year old girl is actually a super competent hacker/engineer/scientist with a million degrees
>this attractive yet naive girl has to move into MC's house for contrived reasons
>bystanders telling the audience a super duper attack/technique in a fightan anime is cool/amazing/super difficult instead of just showing it in the storytelling

wait i think i just don't like anime

>"characters" and just a bunch of lines and blotches on a screen

I wonder how many anime youve seen last 5 years.

ITT I just watch shonen shit

>plot start moving
>it's a baseball episode

>mc is a short haired, white shirt wearing stutterer
They must make these characters out of templates or something.

Last one is the worst, can't stand pointless exposition in anything.

>thinking sexualizing a pubescent is wrong

They do have hot spring resorts outside of nipland.

>looks like a kid
>acts like an adult

>implying it is a bad thing

> Mc Is a beta that will marry the one that will become obese when old.

>MC dies and is reincarnated in a fantasy world

Jap MCs aren't beta, they're turbo omegas that are probably repressing their homosexuality.

...

>But no one has ever successfully done that before!

>A fantasy world is destroyed and reincarnates inside the MC's mind

>IF I DO THIS I MIGHT DIE
>still survives
>continues to do it frequently in later episodes like a normal attack

>MC is a omega that thinks hot girls wanting his dick is ''such a bother''
>MC is too cool to care
>Villain starts throwing first grade-tier philosophy on the face of the characters out of nowhere/with no context or build up
>unstable teenage girl is a weapon destined to destroy/save humanity or is humanity's last hope
>Adults are useless
>Romance anime doesn't have a kiss scene
>Super powerful, intelligent and well prepared villain loses to retard 15 years old MC who just learned how to fight

>shonen anime
>protagonist is either:
>beta "fight for my friends" jobber who wins by getting really pissed and transforming
>dumbass "fight for my friends" with a huge power gap over everyone else

>WE MAY JUST BE TEENAGERS, BUT DON'T DOWN ON US SO EASILY
>YEAH!

>falls for MC because he was nice

A bit older acting than I like, but I still jerked it to that doujin twice.

don't forget "heart"

>8 year old body
>is actually over the age of 30

But that's a good cliche.

Did they get trucked?

>Side Character who is part of the main cast get their own chapters during the series to show their past.
>Side Character chapters proves to be better than the current story and the SC is better than the Main Character in every possible way and should've been the focus of the series.

>side character gets their own arc and character development
>hands down the best character
>gets killed right afterwards

...and?

>damn! He took my strongest attack head on! The only thing I have left is...

Pulls out plot armor.

>whining endlessly about cliches

Go back to r/eddit or MAL. Jesus.

>MC in highschool has a beautiful and dumb girl constantly at his side, grabing his arm against her boob and shit
>She always says she's his lover/girlfriend and follows him everywhere.
>Friends of MC ask him nicely "is she your girlfriend?" just to be sure.
>"no no no she's not, she's just a friend! There is nothing between us haha" and he acts like if they had aked him if he had a 70yo gay lover or something
>even though he says that, he doesn't do anything to stop the girl from doing this shit all the time
or
>even though he actually likes her, he doesn't do anything to start a proper relationship or just go with the flow and enjoy it.

have you attempted to even use google?
also don't ask this kind of thing here.

i can't believe you don't know about nyet

>Power
>Of
>Friendship

NANI?! MASAKA!

I feel like this is a good definition of Spirit Circle.

Oh, sorry

I'm not too much into animes, but this one seems really interesting and cute

How many Isekai started like this?

>take a bite of food and orgasm over how good it is

You literally just had eggs on rice, stop overreacting

What is this

>Oishi

female mc's are the worst cliches imo

>disliking binbougami ga
>disliking princess tutu
for shame

Is this what happened to fuuka?

what an original thread

Don't ask because he is a retard or don't ask because muh copyright koawi?

Only twice?

don't forget "heart of the cards"

>Character is on a quest to find a certain numbered set of items lead on by his mentor
>It was a ruse and he unsealed some kind of evil

>suddenly girlfriend

But culturally, they aren't that important. For Americans, it would be going camping, or going to a Carnival or Theme Park. Even on the West Coast with Springs, you have to go out of the way for them.

wasnt that just made up for the localization?

no shut up it's an accurate translation

>sudden fiance

>hottest girl in school secretly has a crush on MC
>is a tsundere

>suddenly wife

its just that a friend of mine told me that in the japanese version, the millinium puzzle gives yami the power change fate and effectively draw any card he wants.

>MC fights the villain
>the POV suddenly shifts to the villain to portray the MC as powerful and unpredictable
>we see him get increasingly stressed and do some deductions (that the audience knows for a a fact, are wrong) before the inevitable "heh! Yeah, that's it! MC is just trying to fool me, but not gonna work! I'll beat you!"
>instantly after MC surprises them with something else
>bonus for "I-IMPOSSIBLE!?"
I don't get this meme. It instantly trivializes the enemy by portraying them as flawed and one-dimensional. It basically announces that the fight lacks any stakes whatsoever. It was especially shit in the Shinganshina arc of SnK. Villains who haven't been seen in years return to a fight that opens up by telling the audience that the MCs have already won.

Wtf that doesn't happen irl?!

i think half of it happens if you are hindu

>Villain explains his attack

Are you a faggot?

you get reincarnated as a fly laying eggs in street shit

This is basically the whole premise of Umisho

It's about as much flavour as Japanese gets though. Everything they eat is bland as fuck because "muh texture"

>saves their strongest attack until last
>Patiently waits while letting their opponents transform/power-up

>delinquent-mc
>never does actual delinquent shit
srsly, all they ever do is have resting mean eyes and get into misunderstandings
bonus points if they fall in love with and try to change for pure good-hearted mc.

leave

>MC never hit female enemies

>character is past puberty
>has the voice of a chipmunk high on helium

...

...

What a fucking faggot

to a 14yo loser

>MC has seemingly no relationship with his family, and no matter how bad things get the idea of contacting them before he dies never even crosses his mind

>Side character who's entire role consists of being a pervert who gets beat up by women
>Secondary male character who's entire role is to be there so people can call him dumb and he can be the team punching bag

But user, he's a loser.

>side character that doesn't work hard yet wants to win
that is the opposite of the kind of side character i root for, fuck this guy

People other than yugi use the heart of the cards though

>shonen series
>protagonist is an asexual moron who only cares about adventures and fighting
