There are various reasons Oda could not have revealed her identity box. Nothing suggests that she is some sort of spy and the reason for hiding it may end up being very innocent. Remeber that Stussy had two boxes, one was a cover. Oda could have done the same with Pudding as well had he wanted to truly throw people off.

For an army said to be legendary they sure don't live up to the name. At the very least their strongest fighters and leaders the Vinsmokes should be able to put up a better fight against BM's crew. Ichiji seemed like he would at least be able to go toe-to-toe with Katakuri then he got fucked up in like one panel. I would imagine a higher quality sword would make both slicing and withstanding attacks easier, despite the mechanism of coating them in CoA haki being the same. It'll likely be expanded on in Wano, given the likelihood of numerous sword-using enemies that Zoro will inevitable get to square off against.
