ITT: Weird times an anime made you cry.

I'll go first.

>be me
>be feeling nostalgic
>decide to rewatch ttgl for the manliness
>"Episode 8: Farewell Comrades"
>"oh boy here we go"
>Kamina does the Giga Drill Breaker
>get all choked up and don't know why but tears are shed

My dudes. I seriously wasn't ready for it. Best anime of all time.

...

indeed, first season was muh favorite

What's this friendo?

Yeah I'm rewatching too and I've been crying like a bitch

what's this from?

You better be fucking joking user

Summer is real.

I rewatch it once a year . It's still my favorite show 10 years later. Manly souls user.

It's okay, he had to learn someday, right?

It's Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. Just go watch it newfriend.

bus stop scene in hyakko made me cry, idk why but i just love torako and suzume's friendship

>mu's crying their eyes out in the train station
>mu's graduation song
>end of love live movie

I always thought my tears were tough, but all this happened.

OP here, got another for you boyos.

>One Punch Man
>Mumen Rider shows up to fight Deep Sea King
>obviously going to lose but fights regardless
>onlookers stunned
>then little kid cheers for him
>everyone starts cheering him on

I can't take it, I lose it every time. Mumen Rider is all of us, struggling against fate despite the bleakest odds. He's the only one that actually has the soul of a true hero in that show.

> Mumen Rider is all of us, struggling against fate despite the bleakest odds.

im 8 and this is deep

Then promptly gets his ass licked because it's a parody show

The end of Aria episode 10. I don't know why. The moment wasn't sad or emotional or anything but I started tearing up for some reason.

This is one of the more recent ones.
Couldn't help but keep watching it over and over and getting all emotional.

A good few parts in Madoka Rebellion had me tearing up

>be me
>be feeling nostalgic
>decide to rewatch cowboy bebop for the manliness
>"Episode 12-13 Jupiter Jazz (part 1-2)
>"oh boy here we go"
>Faye run from world
>Spike heard about Julia, wears fucjing down jacket and goes suicide (again)
>gren with his gloomy saxophone
>i want to go to titan
>get all choked up and don't know why but tears are shed

>be me
> be feeling nostalgic
>too lazy to rewatch entirely Full metal Alchemist
>just rewatch this scene every time
I know he/she/it was an asshole that caused the death of hundreds of thousands but still feel bad

youtube.com/watch?v=Fyr2qzeLMTY

Every time

that one clip episode where hohenhiem's alchohol-induced dream kinda showcases his inner turmoil always gets me when he finally listens to that part of Trisha he sees in himself.

of all things, a clip episode shouldn't do this to me.

I always felt worse from Jupiter Jazz than I did from The Real Folk Blues. Especially at the end card for Jupiter.

I keep Space Lion on my phone when I want to feel.
youtu.be/WKnVaDwUg5s

In a similar vein, Gravity from Wolf's Rain is extremely heavy feels too.

>crying because of anime
you need to be 18 to post her kiddo

I tear up when Boros tryharded so much.
The fucking way they played that theme when Boros was getting btfo.

>too uncomfortable to talk about bawwing
did your dad hit you everytime you started crying as a kid?

dont watch it, its trash

Watch Neon Genesis

I feel you.

last three episodes are sadder than episode 8.

>Not embracing your emotion

I rewatched FMA:B recently and this scene really hit hard yet it must've completely flew over my head when I was younger because I didn't remember it being so sad.

I can't find it on youtube either so I can't help but feel that this scene is somehow more subtle (dare I say 'adult') than the other 'sad moments' in the show.

>TTGL
>OPM
>NGE
>FMA:B
>LBTGTQASIPLOEABCDEFGHIJKLMNOP

Is this some low-key summerfag bullshit or something?

dam son...u WOKE!

>When the ED plays when Trisha holds Hohenheim's hands.
I remember watching the fucking recap episode and actually being interested all the way but that moment just gave me complete chills for some reason.

Also, for me? Say what you want about Miyazaki but this scene always makes me tear up. I've rewatched the movie several times just for this scene alone, it's pretty magical.

Can't wait to see how they handle United States of Smash.

A lot of Kuwabara's scenes in Yu Yu Hakusho get to me.

He's such a bro.

>Neon Meme Memengelion

Why are delinquents with hearts of gold so damn good? I had this same problem with Diamond is Unbreakable, watching Okuyasu and Josuke bro about always got me feelsy.

Probably during Koe no Katachi when Ishida's mom was calling him out for planning on killing himself, and Ishida remembers when Shouko's mom ripped his mom's earing out while she defending her son. Literally all in the span of 2 seconds you are reminded of a mother's love and how harming yourself not only hurts you, but it hurts the ones that care about you, and I ended up shedding a few tears.

The movie was so layered and emotionally intelligent I love it. Changed my life, really. Yamada knocked it out of the park with this one.

>Can I hang with the cool guys yet?
Short answer: no.

youtube.com/watch?v=GBZ97xD8MVI
Unironically this scene. Hitagi End in general was brilliant, but Kaiki's development made him my favourite character in the show.

Stop user! I don't want to rewatch the greatest arc in anime, again.

This scene myfamili

This. Every time.

I'm 6 and i know how to quote.

can you cry with k-on or aria?

>Ping Pong
Fucking A+ taste man. Can't remember a show that hooked me with its uniqueness that much since I watched this.
It's worth it man. youtube.com/watch?v=cCIFIlDGIAo

Is this ping pong?

>>LBTGTQASIPLOEABCDEFGHIJKLMNOP
Ok Sup Forums

Yes

>getting triggered by something like that

spotted the alphabet tranny

youtube.com/watch?v=62qWI7CpIds Give it a watch senpai, it's a pretty damn good series.

>I should be able to post political bullshit in unrelated threads on an unrelated board.
Sup Forums seriously needs to get out.

Having an otherwise goofy character have such a serious and sad expression is a foolproof way of making a scene very sad.

literally no one gave a shit about that one innocuous greentext until you stepped in and perpetuated the conversation further

Just stop posting, my man

...

i cried to clannad season 2, it's a good show
if you don't agree to me you're a moron

I never watched Ping Pong but just seeing these pictures makes me cry like a bitch

Seeing more people talk about the show lately makes me happy, give it a watch man, it's only 11 episodes and it's brilliant.

it looks gay lol

I don't I will be able to, not in the near future, but it's in the plans.

I watched this for the first time on Tuesday, holy fuck I was not ready for how close it hit to me. That particular scene didn't get me, but shouko's mom getting on the ground to thank Ishida's mom for him doing what he did fucking killed me.

We've had some banging movies this year, this is great.

Literally any scene in Spirited Away can at any point make me randomly misty-eyed. I don't fucking understand it.

Also Flatty-san's full episode in NNB gets me real good.

I started crying midway Millenium Actress despite nothing devastatingly sad like someone dying had happened

Must've because of Hirasawa's soundtrack

youtube.com/watch?v=KJY1TomgkBs

I need rewatch Koimono

>Kaiki drops the manga bomb

One of my all time favorite scenes

When he asks Simon "when did you get taller than me?"

I died

If you thought mumen rider failing was supposed to be a joke I have no idea what to say to you.

>When he creates a hologram of Ran's flower and smiles for the first time in 22 episodes
To this day its still saddest anime i watched

What do you mean
