Magical Girl/isekai

A magical girl gets driven to a fantasy world where her powers aren't that special. In fact, she's gets labeled as a warlock who's made a pact with a demon and is thus, a villain.

Epic anime about Hulagu Khan burning down and totally destroying Baghdad + Sudden fantasy horror when he unleashes an ancient evil

A boy lives in the countryside with his parents. Their country is at war with the neighboring one, but they feel safe far behind the front lines. One day, their enemy breaks through and slaughters his entire village. He stares up at the sky, surrounded by flames, his family dead, and asks for the power to kill every single citizen of the enemy country.

An omnipotent being grants him his wish in a way. He gains immortality and a healing factor, but nothing else. Until he accomplishes his goal of killing all his enemies, a nagging pain, both physical and mental, will burn throughout his body unless he is actively striving towards his goal.

The world is constructed of layers. These layers are what hold the world together and create the wonders that occur in it. When these layers begin to become undone or damaged, the damages on the layers are known as Distortions, which causes things that are not supposed to happen or exist to appear in the world.

Distortions allow the world to be bent and manipulated, which in turn creates Singularities, special worlds that exist beside the world with their own rules and appearance. Abnormals are people capable of sensing Distortions in the world and are able to create their own to gain powers that shouldn't be possible.

Beings born of the Distortions in the layers of the world are known as Hallows who use Singularities as their breeding ground and who drag humans into them in order to devour them and spit their corpses back into the world, creating unexplained murders/disappearance. When a Hallow is strong enough they are able to leave their Singularities and enter into the real world, or they leave out of desperateness to hunt Abnormals who are within their vicinity to grow their own power.

The Main Character is a fat chuuni who always dreamed of being a "protector of the people" and has spent majority of their life as an Abnormal using their power to create a variety of different shields for defense and offense purposes to slay Hallows

After hunting down a dangerous Hallow, the MC is approached by a member of an Abnormal Empire who invites them to become a member of it, and a true "protector of the people" as the empire wages a secret war against the Hallows and their King who wishes to create a world wide Singularity.

The MC slowly falls into despair over the course of the anime as they question their ability to achieve their chuuni dream in the face of many dark secrets during the war.

A man is summoned by a kingdom to defeat the demon king.
Except they only fight through drag racing.

The MC must use his clunker to out race the demon king's generals and finally the demon king himself.

>phones and romance

Historical + Isekai

A Finnish sniper (Simo Hayha) one day finds himself wandering a strange forest in a fantasy world without any memories of how they got there. While attempting to set up camp for the night he comes across a warrior dressed in old 9th century (Harald Fairhair) clothing who attacks him and where he learns, both him and the warrior's have had their physical abilities magically enhanced and they are able to perform magical feats based on instinct.

It is then revealed then to the both of them by a mystical helper that they and many other of humanities greats have been transported to the Holy Land, an ancient land where humans would fight in blood sport in order to ascend to godhood with an unknown pantheon and that currently its been split into different factions.

Simo and Harald along with few others were invited in to upset the stalemate that has occurred.

Why does Japan suck Romance of the Three Kingdom's dick so much?

A boy dies due to a disease. As such, his soul is eventually lifted into the afterlife after one day, which is the Ouroboros Stream. Souls are born, brought back from the living, and deconstructed and reconstructed once more so the soul is practically an entirely new existance. It spans a period of two days and when the soul is completely reconstructed, it goes back into a physical realm. A day of death, a day of destruction, and a day of renewal. This phenomenon is what occurs in the Ouroboros Stream. Cycle of death and rebirth no matter who you were, or what you are in the present. Our protagonist's soul was taken during the process of deconstruction by a group of scientists. His new body is within a mechanical body similar to a human body. Due to his soul being interrupted from the process and his soul was shaved away slightly, our protagonist's memory, personality, morals, pretty much everything of who he was in his previous life was incomplete. Essentially lacking in emotions but still partially aware to function. The goal of the scientists was to study the phenomenon of the Ouroboros Stream and possibly transcend both spiritually and physically. As such, our protagonist is in the body of a robot as one of the experiments by the scientists (to see if the soul can be transferred from the Stream). The world the protagonist is currently in is a science fantasy setting. Our protagonist will be observed for how he interacts with the world around him by his "creators". He has a stronger body that will hardly age nor damage (due to being made from considerably great material), but for what purpose does he truly have for living? A journey to regain his lost sense of humanity and to possibly end the meaningless cycle of reincarnation will begin.

How is it? Critique it.

SOL about a passionate but struggling DJ who teams up with a budding MC with a unique and aggressive flow as they journey to become a powerhouse in the underground. They release a couple of tapes, gain a nice little following and start traveling playing sets at a few clubs. Goes without saying that they'd need to be cute girls.

>orphaned girl gets raped
>turns out she was a real hermaphrodite
>doctors tell her the baby has damaged her uterus so they'll have to perform surgery
>baby is okay, but the herm had her girl bits removed and is now a man
>man goes into depression and drinks a lot
>finds a time machine and loses his baby in the time stream
>ends up homeless and just rapes a girl one night in a drunken rage
They're all the same individual.

Slime reincarnation does farming.

>y/u/ri schoolgirl anime
>has actual, undeniable yuri romance
>girls all pair up, confessions happen, dates occur, kiss and hand holding
>one day one of the girls is missing
>found out that she 'became straight' and got herself a boyfriend
>the girl's 'girlfriend' as devastated and the yuri group was outraged that she betrayed the purest form of love and confronted her
>ex-lesbian apologize for not saying anything and explained that she had grown out of the phase and then announced that she's officially leaving the group.
>eventually one by one the girls realized what the 1st leaver said was actually true
>many years later, the original yuri group reunited, married with husbands and have kids
>they reminisce the good old days and laughed at how yuri was silly and was just a phase in their teenage life

MC-Kun, who this one is obsessed with the occult, really wants to form a hedonistic harem. He goes to a local shop called "Needful Things", and second hand/trinket shop run by an old man. Sign reads "ALL PURCHASES FINAL" in big bold, friendly letters. He read on the internet that shops like this deal in magic items. MC-kun does a back and forth with the storeclerk and buys a love potion. He uses the love potion and spikes the 3 girls food/drink with it, having them fall madly in love with him.

ring ring; its the storeclerk, he informs him that the if he gets involved with a person he used his love potion on, his soulmate dies. Sweating, he asks what happens if he used it on multiple people. the storeclerk responds they die too. he insists that the storeclerk fix this. all sales are final.

Now MC-kun has to find his soulmate while staving off the advances of his harem. I'm not sure yet if the Harem knows that they will die if they try to get with them, but they have an unquenchable thirst for his dick. storeclerk is the devil, if that isn't clear enough

I see alot of potential for drama and horror. probably only last for about 12 episodes.

Already a thing.

Hanako is a spunky yet kind-hearted girl who just started high school, with hopes of becoming a nutritionist. Mainly because she's always been interested in...poop! She knows almost all there is to know about maintaining proper regularity!

After she accidentally drops a pack of wet-naps out of her schoolbag (mainly because the cheap school toilet paper always causes hemorrhoids), she and her friends establish the Bathroom Club, where they discuss their, umm, bodily functions, proper nutrition and hydration, toilet paper versus wet-naps, and if need be, the proper use of laxatives and anti-diarrhea medication. As Hanako reminds her friends, "Proper regularity is the key to good health!"

It's all played relatively straight with no lewdness.

The OP or ED will probably have a line like "We don't like to talk about it, but we do it every day!"

I suggest Yuka Iguchi for Hanako (if only because she likes collecting plastic poop, heh).

>now picturing Yuka Iguchi going No. 2

OK, so heres an Isekai pitch, tell me what you think.

Degenerate NEET with disdain for humanity get's truck kun'd and summoned to the other world- by the dark gods. He is tasked with killing the current demon king of that world and taking his place, because said demon king went soft and rules the land fairly- he's actually quite popular and even approved by the church as a "redeemed demon". The MC is edgy and chuuni so he gladly agrees to do this.

When he gets there he tries to be evil and do demon shit but he's too weak and doesn't have much demon power and gets his shit pushed in, so after escaping this he starts anew in another town and decides to play it cool while he grows in power. Eventually he falls in with a party of adventurers and comradeship and questing ensues.

As he quests with his party, he is actually moved by the genuine kindness they have shown him and starts to question his hatred for humanity and his mission.

Will he stay true to his evil mission or will he go soft like his predecessor? Can he betray the people he has come to call friend, or can he corrupt them so they join his evil scheme?

A harem series where the MC is a foreign exchange student and a massive weeaboo. He builds up his harem with the typical players using the tropes out of his beloved Japanese animes, but every time he tries to seal the deal something completely our of his control happens and it fails. It turns out the Local God has taken a liking to his antics but doesn't want the fun to stop too prematurely, so he uses his powers to maintain the status quo, much to the anger of the MC. The MC doesn't know the God exists, but just knows it can't be coincidence because of how reliably he is defeated by circumstance. He simply refers to this force as "Status Quo", cursing it whenever it intervenes. The series revolves around the mind games they both play with each other, the MC making plays and assumptions on how "Status Quo" will react, and the Local God playing him like a fiddle ruining his chances at getting some JK ass.

historical people as short-stacked girls

An alchemist and her stay-at-home husband live just outside a quiet village in Not!England. Living estranged from the world, the two find themselves often visited by strange guests.
Half of the story focuses on the alchemist curing peoples woes, whether by alchemy or otherwise, while the other half focuses on the husband, who finds himself dealing with fairies, monsters and other strange creatures who live in the troubled forest next door to them.
The mood is kind of like Jinrui.

NTR/Isekai

The main character is Generic-kun. He had a loving girlfriend named Bitch-chan, and a good friend named Friend-kun. One day however, Generic-kun is killed in a car accident. As he lay dying, God shows up and gives him a chance to see his loved ones as an observer. He happens upon Friend-kun and Bitch-chan getting sloppy as fuck, oblivious to the fact that he even died. God consoles him, and offers him a new life away from his worries. The revival takes a long time to process, so he is forced to float as a ghost. An unfriendly voice says that the backstabbers can receive justice, if only he wants them to. Feeling angry, he takes the offer without second thought. Suddenly, Friend-kun and Bitch-chan die of surprise heart attacks! Their ghosts rise to Heaven's gate, and Generic-kun meets them. Before words can be exchanged, everyone disappears.

Generic-kun wakes up as a lone wanderer in a forest, armed with a basic enchanted iron sword and crappy leather armor. After getting his bearings, he arrives in town to find a massive amount of wanted posters. Upon closer inspection, he finds that the wanted individuals are Friend-kun the Thief, and Bitch-chan the Prostitute. Both are wanted for extortion, and the reward is a staggering fifty million! Seeing this as a chance to take revenge, Generic-kun goes on an adventure to hunt down the two who backstabbed him in death.

Sounds okay, but why would the dark god only give him enough power to job?

Historical/High Fantasy/Isekai

An entire base of nazis get sent to a fantasy world because it was being used for experimenting with magic to win the war. They have to fight off fantasy monsters with German WW2 weapons and eventually learn magic to survive. As they learn more about the fantasy world they are in, it turns out it was the original home of Humanity, Thule, a magical world populated by the Aryans, the Demons,(shapeshifters who worship a god of dominion and excell at magic), Terrors(Fantasy monsters) and the InHumans,(two different types of humans who were corrupted by demons and are either incredibly stupid and destructive with pitch black skin, or are incredibly smart and greedy thieves with limited shape shifting abilities and large noses). Eventually, the Nazis get caught up in a war between the Aryan kingdom and the Demon/InHuman kingdom, they strike the finishing blow against the Demon King and are heroes. After saving the kingdom, the king helps them go back to earth. When they arrive, they find that almost 80 years have passed and Germany has lost the war long ago. Faced with a world perhaps even more foreign and hostile than Thule, how will the magic nazis adjust? What lies ahead for Hitler's finest in a world that hates everything they stood for? How will they use their new magic to save Germany from the clutches of Marxism? Find out in season 2

Why are demon kings so popular in anime and manga? And of course they always appear Western medieval rather than Japanese.

Ah, I had thought of something for that, basically, once they gift their power to someone they are tapped out for a long while, and the good demon king's just rule has stamped out most dark cults that would give them more power, so they didn't have much to give him. But if he does evil acts he can gain more power and he can gain normal magic through the same means as others int he world as well. So he is constantly doing small evil things to get power and trying not to get everyone pissed at him in the process, so a lot of what he does is shenanigans designed to fuck people over but without it coming back to him.

He gets more conflicted about this as time goes on but the allure of dark power is addicting and keeps him chasing it. At some point he meets the nice demon king while he's too weak to fight him and has an amicable encounter with him too, but he can't stand the good king because he's "too perfect" and exactly the type of well adjusted normie that he hated his whole life. Ultimately the good king will help him numerous times which just pisses off the MC more.

I'm not sure how it would end, with him turning good and deciding he was wrong about everything or him going full madman, or something completely different.

Magical Girl/BL

A mischievous magical girl with cupid powers who's also a huge fujoshi tries to make couples of pretty guys fall in love with each other. It's up to two magical boys to stop her before she makes the whole world gay.

Though, her powers don't work on them because they're in love with each other, but are too tsundere to admit it. They even invent excuses, saying they're probably immune to it, but Magical Fujo-chan knows what's up.

Will they succeed in saving the world from this filthy madwoman? Will they finally admit they love each other? Will people actually watch this anime, or will they drop before they even hit Episode 2?

I think it's from Dragon Quest. But consider LotR, Sauron's pretty much a demon king.

One part D&D
One part evil western corrupted NOBUNAGA and the devil white westerners.
Truth is, it became something else over time with no one really knowing it's origins or really thinking about it.
Like a lot of the tropes in modern fiction.

On an unrelated note, I FUCKING HATE THE WESTERN MIDDLE AGES AND ANYTHING STAR TREK OR STAR WARS INSPIRED.

That could be incredible of done well.

Can the local god be a girl and can she win the MCbowl?

Now THIS is a harem anime that could get interesting.

Even more if they get a Tanabata sort of deal by the end.

GATE nazi edition? I would watch.

>hate anything SW inspired
If you hate Tenchi Muyo, you're losing a great anime.

A cast of twelve middle school students with severe cases of chuunibyou are teleported to what seems to be a deserted island where they meet with tweve more middle school students from fantasy (elves, orcs and other monsters) and scifi worlds (aliens, robots).

As they get into petty quarrels while trying to find out how they got there, a voice tells them that the have been selected to be contenstants in a reality tv show for the amusement of seemingly all powerful beings from across the multiverse.

Their goal is to survive for 1 year while accomplishing various tasks/quests they are given on a bi-weekly basis. While they can meet a grisly fate anytime, there is another danger.
The whole thing is a popularity contest and the viewers can vote for the least interesting character who will then be elimianted from the show and existence by the end of each 2 week period.
Various factions try to interfere with the show, like interdimensional companies trying to sell merchandise of the characters or bookies trying to fix bets on who dies next.

So now the weirdos don't only have to struggle to survive, they also have to act like soap opera characters while doing it

Did nerds beat you up in high school or something

The story is set in a world that is recovering from the Great Magic War, after the Great Powers of the world went to war against each other in order to expand their influence, borders, and test new types of magic.

The Great Magic War ended in the massive destruction of land and poverty for a lot of people, but lead to the creation of the United Foundation of Magic (UFM), a league meant to solve the problems of the world through diplomatic relations and is hosted in the City of Magia, a city-state that represents all nations in the world and has an influx of Non-Wizards of the world who were displaced by the Great Magic War.

Horus, the Crown Prince to the Magic Kingdom of Aerial is invited to attend and study magic within the prestigious Magia Academy in the city-state with other Wizards of the world. While attending their schooling however, an Anti-Magic Revolution slowly begins to grow in the city-state as a vigilante known only as Set, proclaims they have been sent by the gods to save the Non-Wizards showing off the superiority of technology developed by his groups and his terrifying ability to cancel Magic used by Wizards.

Thoughts Sup Forums

In 1899 Hirim Axion patents the Axion process whereby an artificial or false soul can be implanted into a dead body, bringing it back to life.
This method allows an attuned individual to control a reanimated body as if it was part of his own.
In the same year war breaks out in Europe.
The military potential for Axion's process is obvious but it's use isn't widespread until the full horror of mechanised warfare becomes apparent.
This is when the first Verdammtkommando units become operational.
Consisting of a dozen dead men under the control of a single necromancer these units are used for only the most dangerous operations and are viewed with suspicion and disgust by the rest of the army.
But as the bodies rack up on the western front one man (an ambitious army officer) recognises the potential of this technology/magic to go beyond simply having a dozen men clear a minefield. Potential that could give a single man possession of an entire army and turn the course of the entire war.
Unfortunately lacking the gift himself first he has to find an individual able and willing to inact his vision.

Harem shounen plus harem shoujo. Pretty self-explainatory, a boy and a girl fall in love with each other but don't know that, and both have their own repsective harems of outside lovers that they don't exactly like, and the entire show they two try to propose to each other through their respective harems tearing them apart.

>misunderstandings continue when he's brought before the boss of the family in the town, and in order to keep himself from being killed for impersonating a family member, the MC has to pretend that he really is a part of the mob

Anime adaptation of George Orwells Animal Farm

A girl falls in a love with a boy.

Unable to confess, she is gifted with a deus ex machina in the form of a new cell phone that allows her track any form of digital communication coming from the one she loves. This leads her to find him in a series of posts in a certain type of thread that pops up on a certain anonymous image board that she could never reach from any other terminal in her universe.

With no way for her to see him in person and the utmost desire to avoid inflicting the same pain she feels from the distance between them, she vows to never ever let him know the truth of her one remaining connection to him. Nevertheless she still longed for dialogue with him and so she participates in the threads he was so very fond of.

Often times she would write up new ideas for him to mull over and enjoy. Some times she would repeat them if he had not shown up to review it. And in her most desperate moments, she would employ the meme born out of those threads in hopes that he would answer it back in the usual fashion he always did. Having discovered the nature of true love and been cursed by its revelation, the girl continues to pursue that little solace their little exchanges bring her.

However, she knows that can only go on for so long. One day, regardless of however far it may stray from its inspiration, the boy will finish recounting their tale and his thoughts for her will end with it. Can she welcome that ending with her own? Or will her feelings for him stay painfully unresolved?

I call this one "ITT: Write An Anime Plot".

Anime tropes include ridiculous villains he encounters. His gimmick is that he can double his power at the cost of reducing his remaining years on earth by half.

Ultimate showdown, he can defeat this world threatening baddie but one more boost and he won't live long enough to make it home. You already know the tearjerking moment. Fist pumping moment is when he first fuck it and starts pumping like mad to defeat final baddie.
