How did it save your life? Would your life not be worth living without it?
Not OP, but once in a while I'll have trouble sleeping because I get really stressed about work. A couple puffs from a pipe calms me down enough to get to sleep. Not hugely life changing, but it does improve my quality of life by a little in those situations
I'm all for making weed legal. Retards are gonna 420 whether it's legal or not.
At least if it's legal actual businessmen can make some money off it instead of negroes and garbage dealers. Plus it'd be a good source of taxes (which may allow other taxes like income to be lowered slightly I CAN DREAM).
The day of the rope can't come soon enough for the (((psychologists))) and (((psychiatrists))). Long live the plants. Death to the Darwinists.
>what works for me works for everybody
this is why no one has any respect for stoners, never create a thread again please
As a software dev I'd get headaches regularly from extended computer use. Weed relaxes the eye muscles and keeps me from having to take Excedrin every other day. It makes me lazy as fuck when I use it though
Butthurt kikeleaf detected.
The LD-50 of cannabis is astronomically high. It's safer/less toxic than pure water.
Hell, radio contests had people dropping like flies from water toxicity until they banned them. Meanwhile, we've been waiting 6000 years for the first cannabis o.d.
You probably have fucking epilepsy if you think some corny ass pot addiction saved you. bro you literally cant be trusted with anything but medicating yourself into coma yeah
I see absolutely nothing wrong with that because it's occasional. I think my reticence to support it is because people have no concept of moderation anymore.
Nanny state boomerfag detected. Fuck you and your ideas of moderation
...
Boomers smoked weed non stop.
But the leaf makes a valid point. The plural of anecdote does not equal data. It's just not substantive enough to qualify as an argument in and of itself. What both sides should be getting behind is thorough research to determine what the effects might be from utero, long term use, etc
Your map is outdated. Vermont
No fuck that. It never should have been banned in the first place. The only reason there's a "lack of evidence" is because of (((prohibition))).
>safer than pure water
Objectively false.
On a weight by weight basis it is not true. Either when talking about pure thc, or perfectly grown organic high quality tokeshitbro.
T. 12 year daily smoker.
Stop pretending weed is some miracle plant. It's an intoxicant and some compounds MAY have other beneficial effects.
At the end or the day smoking will never be good for your body.
They smoked weed when they protested wars. When they (((grew up))) and got (((jobs))) they sold out the country faster than the people they were protesting.
So you don't care to know if there are potentially detrimental effects at all? If you think there aren't any there's no reason to not want it looked into
There aren't any. Potential, detrimental, blah, blah, blah bullshit. Fuck off with that already. All (((prohibitionists))) have left is an unnatural fear factor they appeal to. A fear factor placed unnaturally from a dirty, corrupt police state. They lied about it to get it (((prohibited))) and assclowns like you still carry (((their))) torch.
So just to clarify. If a pregnant woman smokes weed everyday up until she gives birth even after while she's breastfeeding it'll have no effect whatsoever on a developing fetus/newborn baby?
I smoked weed a lot in college to relieve anxiety for finals but ended up quitting it because I didn't like how paranoid it made me at night.
I think it's good every year or so to have a week off to smoke some weed or something but I wouldn't do it regularly.
I agree. Once in a while is fine, but people who take it to the extreme (and there are a lot of them) bring a bad name to the whole thing
Weed is good for some people bad for others
Alcohol is good for some people bad for others
sugar
anything
Most mothers don't behave like degenerates. But there are big pharma opioid babies born everyday. When are you going to throw your police state mentality at the AMA/big pharma?
That didn't answer my question nobody is talking about opioids here of course that's terrible there's evidence to corroborate that. Wanting to research something in pursuit of truth equals police state to you? Prove that there are zero detrimental or potentially negative effects or consequences of regular marijuana consumption during pregnancy specifically as it pertains to fetal development. I'm not anti-weed so stop strawmanning me with that manic ass bullshit.
havent missed many days of smoking weed since i was 18. turning 23 in may this year. started using alcohol everday since a little before i was 20. when used at the end of the day they are a great way to reset your mind for the next one. especially being a wage cuck that never saves but always affords his monthly rent. waste of money but worth it to keep you going
You moved the question from responsible use to pregnant mothers. Any pregnant mother using anything is degeneracy, has nothing to do with what's being ingested. You can't treat it differently. Pot, alcohol, meth, opioid use by a pregnant mother is a woman who viscerally hates life to the point she'll destroy someone else for her own pleasure. That is a spiritual problem that honestly, weed would probably help fix more than anything.
>5 years of use
>not even 30
It catches up with you quick. Cut them both out while you're young.

I rest my case.
Since you're unable to prove it I'll reframe the question. Prove that there are zero detrimental effects from long term usage. You're argument is that it shouldn't be researched at all which is a level of unreasonably retarded logic I've never even seen. You're utter inability to answer these kind of important questions goes to show that more research probably couldn't hurt.
i know. i smoke cigs as well. using cigs, weed, and alcohol is financial devastation. just need to commit to it. something i tell myself to do everyday
Not to be a reddit shill but, /leaves. I'm a nightly reader and also can't shake my nightly pot habit. Haven't missed more than 2 nights in the last 3 years. I only smoke about an eighth a week, one br a night so it doesn't effect my wallet. I just feel like a degenerate relying on weed at night to "relax"
>only an eighth a week
Bro get a fucking one hitter and get your fucking life together. You should be able to make a ten sac last a week. That’s how I came down to only a 5 sac a week. You spend less money overtime and you’re brain actually functions again.
