No. Guevara/Castro were trotskyists and supported independent Palestine, and Cuba was indeed for a while not allied with Israel (Yom Kippur war) so they didn't need to be convinced by Amin of anything. However, the soviets cut gibs to Cuba in early 90's and Castro bended over to his capitalist Jew masters.

I wouldn’t say I agree with him on everything. He did visibly care for children and pushed very hard for educational reform and he did take direct action to solve wealth inequality(whether that was bad or good). However one must respect him for taking direct action to fulfill his political ideals; going so far as to attempt to start revolutions abroad, essentially by hand, after he became victorious in Cuba. Whether evil or good or whatever, you can’t say he didn’t fight for his beliefs. Which is more than I can say for most of this board.
